I have been coming to this practice for many years and I have always been a very nervous patient. I worry for days before my appointment but when I get there everyone is always so lovely and kind that I have never turned around and ran back out of the door!. The improvements to the building have been amazing and given the surgery a polished look and feel. Dr Jinal Patel has such a calm and reassuring nature and her dental assistants Laura and recently Jordon are always kind and gentle. I have been seeing Lucy the hygienist who is also lovely and gives good advice. The reception staff are smart, professional and always friendly and helpful. Bassett Dental & Aesthetics provided us with an absolutely incredible experience! As a parent, I couldn’t be more grateful for the care, patience, and compassion Dr. Barbara and Nikki showed my son. They went above and beyond to help him work through his fear of needles, creating a comfortable and trusting environment that made all the difference. Thanks to their gentle approach, he even managed to receive local anesthesia—something we never thought possible! Their professionalism is outstanding, but what truly sets them apart is their ability to instill confidence and trust in their patients. I wish all dentist practices would have similar approaches, would make our kids healthier and happier. I am fortunate to have been a happy client at this practice for many years, & wouldn't even consider going elsewhere. Every member of staff, without exception, is friendly & welcoming, & I feel very well cared for in a clean, modern & pleasant environment. I do not know everyone's names, but I enjoyed meeting Gina the new hygienist on my last visit, & Dr Jinal Patel is always very gentle, calm, professional & lovely. Highly recommended!

I felt very satisfied after my recent appointment for a filling by Dr Patel. She took great care to ensure that I knew what was happening at each stage and did the work carefully to avoid giving me pain. I also liked being distracted by the large TV screen to watch. It was showing an overhead tour of Rome - I think.

Attended yesterday for a small filling which was completed to BDP's usual high standards. Gina and her colleague (apologies I forget her name) were welcoming, friendly, reassuring, calm and efficient. I thoroughly recommend - good job!

I must say I’m really impressed with this team at Warsash Dental Practice. I arrived as a potential new patient and was warmly received at reception. Filled out a form and whilst doing so a dental surgeon entered and all smiles greeted everyone and wished them all a good day whilst he pick up a patient. Nice I thought. And what a lovely friendly atmosphere. Sarah ushered me in to see Alastair in no time and both were friendly and so knowledgeable about all we discussed. A great and thorough examination of my teeth and gums and mouth coupled with helpful pointers and recommendations. I’ve taken out a Denplan Plan as a result and again on returning to submit my application the reception team were helpful and thorough and I have my first checkup and clean all booked. So impressed with them all. Really happy I’m a patient here. 11/10.

I can’t rate this dental surgery high enough. They are exceptional in what they do. The staff are fantastic, always jolly and always ready to help with appointments etc. The dentists and hygienists use all the latest equipment and are extremely knowledgeable about their profession and the new technology that is available for them to use. They are friendly and welcoming and totally worth the stars!!!

I have been a patient with Warsash Dental Practice for over a year and I can say that my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff on reception welcome you with a warm smile, and my dentist, Ollie, does an absolutely fantastic job of setting my mind at ease with his friendly and professional demeanour. After many years of neglecting my teeth and an almost phobic fear of dentists, a very bad toothache brought me to Ferry Dental after reading so many reviews of so many dentists in Southampton…. and I’m so glad I did! From the moment you enter the waiting room, the ambient, crisp clean decor, the welcoming and kindness of the reception staff, the subtle, calm music, in fact, the whole aura of Ferry Dental exudes a professional calmness, which all helps to quell the nerves, even mine… and that took some doing! All my appointments have been punctual, which really helps when you’re so nervous. Dr. luri Coev quickly got to the root (literally) of my pain and after xrays , showed me the extent of my problems but in such a calm, quiet, matter of fact way, I felt safe with his knowledge and expertise. He took so much time explaining my options and costs before we came up with a plan, that I came away feeling positive. Scared but positive. Since that first consultation, I have had several extractions, partial dentures made and fitted and now awaiting splints to hold some of my remaining loose teeth for a while longer. I was terrified about the extractions but my fears were totally unfounded, thanks to a combination of Dr. luri’s expertise and the support of his wonderfully kind dental nurse, who literally held my hand on occasions. I’ve also had two periodontal sessions with the equally professional Justine and her nurse. After years of neglecting my teeth, Justine took every care, checking all the time that I was alright, never rushing and so gentle, showing me and explaining what needed to be done. What is also so reassuring, is the courtesy of a follow up email within the first 24/48 hours, checking that all's well and there aren't any problems. In my seven decades of dental treatment, I have never felt so reassured. The whole team at Ferry Dental are so professional and approachable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Absolutely first class dentistry!

Ferry Dental has amazing dental services. They explain the process thoroughly, solve all the questions, very precise working, calm environment and experience as a patient. I’m 27 years old and my visit to Ferry Dental was my second ever visit to a dentist in my life. I was expecting it to be a very negative experience but I was totally wrong. I was seen by Dr Iuri Coev and Mrs Justine Ping and I can truly say they are amazing at what they do. I had a scale and polish appointment with Mrs Ping and she was extremely careful with me. The pricing is very affordable and I would say for what you get, I don’t think you can find better pricing. The whole environment is very positive, professional, welcoming and friendly from first walking into the dentistry to walking out after your treatment. You can also tell their hygiene standards are extremely high. I would highly recommend visiting Ferry Dental, they will be looking after my teeth from now on.

I and my family have been attending Ferry Dental Centre since 2022 with various dental issues and had only positive experience. Dr Iuri helped me with a number of dental issues including some complex reconstructions with onlays. He always took time to explain all the details and options available and I would like to express special thanks for his patientce and persistence in advising and explaining the importance of a night mouthguard for me. Dr Dennis is a brilliant specialist in dental implants, can only highly recommend him. Hygienist Yustin was superb in providing prophylactic and periodontal treatment. Assisting nurses were lovely and attentive. Reception team was always pleasant and welcoming with bookings and paperwork sorted timely and efficiently. I would like to emphasize high standards of dentistry and hygiene that Ferry Dental Team adheres to, including offering extensive new patient exam, using X-ray, dental microscope, rubber dams and modern materials and techniques. Keep doing great job!

I'm starting this review with the word WOW (Excellent experience from start to Finish) let me tell you why . For my first appointment I was seen by Casey and Demi , lovely friendly people and made my first visit there a pleasant one. Casey welcomed me to the practice as a new client and made me feel instantly comfortable. Very good dentist , checked my teeth and explained everything to me very well . Im even going to brush twice a day now otherwise Casey might tell me off lol. Demi the nurse is just great too. For my hygienist appointment a few days later I saw Vaida, I have seen alot of hygienists before , but Vaida was just exceptionally!! The best hygienist I've ever seen , just wow , I could of fallen asleep in the chair she was that good . I felt no pain and my teeth look amazing, I'm so so happy with the result . Vaida took her time and done a top job and nice and friendly too , like they all are including the reception staff . If you worried about seeing a hygienist then honestly go see Vaida ,she is just the best , you won't regret it . Easy to find and nice updated and clean premises . I can't say enough, extremely happy with the care I received for my teeth . I highly more than highly recommend this Dentist. So impressed. Great job ...I gave 5 stars 🌟 deserve more :-)

Having arrived at Bridgeways Dental over 2 years ago as possibly their most nervous new patient, I am so very happy to say that I've just finished my Invisalign treatment. And wow! I now have lovely teeth ... something I thought I would never be able to say and it's all thanks to Casey and her wonderful team. Can't praise/recommend Bridgeways dental enough. They made me feel at ease from the start for fillings & crowns and then took me through my Invisalign journey. They are just brilliant with nervous/terrified patients. The surgery & reception is very welcoming. Casey's professionalism, dedication, caring manner and attention to detail are outstanding. She is friendly, passionate about her work and explains everything in great detail. She has completely changed my view of dentist visits. Review for Bridgeways Dental. It was with a great deal of soul searching and a massive amount of trepidation before I made the decision to have whole mouth implants. The care, understanding, after care and truly professional treatment I received from Bridgeways was exemplary. The whole process was explained in great detail to put my mind at ease at every step. Surprisingly little pain, more like discomfort, with the procedure. Follow up appointments were scheduled to monitor the healing process throughout. I am more than satisfied with the end result. My confidence, ability to eat normally, and obviously, my smile has transformed my life dramatically Many thanks to George, Mel, Terri and all the team for making this almost a pleasant experience. A well deserved five stars.

Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.

After an unfortunate accident to my front tooth 2 ys ago, I was desperate to find someone who could repair the complex damage, having seen 2 other dentists previously, who had failed to resolve the issues. I found Rob Hannah online, and after an initial consultation & sideways CT scan, he identified the issue with my tooth, and has worked tirelessly to address the issues, restoring my teeth and appearance & subsequently my confidence. His empathy and kindness throughout my treatment has been second to none, and his professional expertise has been excellent and pain free, despite a number of complex operations. A big thank you to Rob and his excellent team, from Wendy on the Isle of Wight (I travel to Southampton to see Rob, he’s absolutely worth it !!).

This place is tucked away and hard to find but definitely worth it when you get there. The service is friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable and the food is excellent. Good portions and v tasty! There was a good mix of customers from families to workmen. The cafe is dog friendly and has a small play area for kids. Absolute gem!

A terrific cafe tucked away on an industrial estate. Very nicely cooked breakfast at a great price. Staff very friendly and efficient. The seating is basic but good enough and the tables cleaned between guests. Well worth a visit if you're nearby.

This is by far the best dentist I have been to. I have a severe needle phobia and bad experiences in the past with dentists made me nervous. Nikos and he's assistant was amazing telling me what they were doing each step of the way and have the patience of a saint. Bernice was fabulous at giving me the information and reassurance inbetween appointments. I finally have my smile back after an accident broke my tooth in half, thank you smile makers!

I have been at this Practice for almost 44 years and have had the utmost faith in all the dental practitioners throughout this time. Dr Heril Haria has carried on this tradition as my current dentist and he has been fantastic. Last year I had to make a decision about a troublesome tooth that and after talking through all the options I decided on a dental implant. This wasn’t an easy decision but Heril explained the process in great detail and listened to and reassured me about all my fears. From tooth extraction to final implant I have never regretted this decision & can’t recommend him, all the staff and this Practice enough. Thank you, you are the best!

I was in a car accident, got knocked off my bike and suffered several injuries including the loss of 2 front teeth and another fractured and displaced. This resulted in a lengthy process including root canal, extraction, splinting and implant surgery. The dentists and nurses were caring and delivered amazing care through my treatment. They made me feel safe and comfortable through such a trauma. Huge thanks to Ben, Alistair, and Bernadette i can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommended this practise!

I had two wisdom teeth extracted here. The service and welcome I received were amazing on both visits. The nursing team Kirsty and Natasha were friendly, explained things clearly and were reassuring. My dentist referred me to The Wessex Dental Specialist Centre for a tooth extraction. From my initial consultation to removing the tooth, everyone was lovely. The girls at the reception were warm and welcoming. Richard and his team were totally amazing. I was very anxious about the procedure, but Richard and his dental nurses were brilliant. Really special coffee at this super friendly coffee lounge. Also, the food is top quality - I'm particularly partial to the bacon waffles - a very naughty treat! It's 5 stars from me ***** GREAT WALK AS WELL! - to compensate for the cakes there is a beautiful walk just up the road... turn left when leaving the lounge and keep going straight- you end up entering the beauty of the new forest!

Popped in after a walk around the new forest. Great coffee and hot chocolate, very friendly staff and good atmosphere.

It was a coincidence we dropped by and took a seat. I bookmarked it as my favourite cafe straight away! I just love the environment and how friendly the staff was. We had the best ever Egg Florentine and crunchy waffle with bacon. I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone :)

Merritts Coffee Lounge is a friendly cafe in Ashurst. With its roaring fire and comfy seating, it’s a great place to have a coffee and warm up after a winter walk. The menu offers a range of homemade brunch items, as well as delicious cakes. Although it didn’t look exciting, the omelette I had for lunch was absolutely fantastic. My husband had the skillet crumpet with trout, and raved about it. The service was very friendly and welcoming, and it was a great place to start or end a range of lovely New Forest walks. Overall I had a great visit, and if in the area again I would 100% return.

Amazing pastries (particularly pistachio brioche, greek filo pastry and chocolate and pecan pie), lovely staff. Would definitely go again if in the area. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a local cafe with great coffee and food
