about what I expected, it is good but you’re not gonna get anything mind-blowing or even… ”delicious”. the limit of expression is, in my opinion, that it’s ”tasty!”. people go here for the vibes and that’s fine. it is very pretty inside!! :) and the waiters were great and patient

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Jacuzzi restaurant and must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, we were greeted warmly by the hosts at the front desk, who immediately set the tone for the evening with their attentive and personable service. We then met a lovely waitress called Sara who warmly greeted us. Sara's professionalism and genuine friendliness made us feel right at home. Her sense of humor added a delightful touch to the evening, making the whole dining experience not just enjoyable but truly memorable. The service Sara provided was top-notch, with every need attended to promptly and efficiently. The food was nothing short of exquisite, with each dish prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor. The ambiance of the restaurant only enhanced our dining experience, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. Our first visit to Jacuzzi Restaurant was an absolute delight, thanks in no small part to Sara and her outstanding service. I have no doubt that we will be returning customers, eager to experience more of the wonderful hospitality and culinary delights that this establishment has to offer. If you are looking for a dining experience that goes above and beyond your expectations, I highly recommend visiting Sara in Jacuzzi Restaurant. You won't be disappointed!

Working with Luigi has been a pleasure. I showed Luigi the changes and improvements I wanted to make and he presented me with different options to fit my budget and to suit my needs. Luigi was also very clear and honest in explaining the reasons for choosing certain appliances vs others and he carried out all the works quickly and damage free. Totally recommended and will definitely rely on him in the future. Grazie Luigi!

It was an absolute pleasure to have Luigi sorting the installation of our new lighting fixtures in both living and dining room. Luigi has been so friendly, very professional and went the extra mile to sort some of the problems we faced. I am so pleased with the results and I would highly recommend Luigi for your electrical work. Thanks so much Luigi!

Luigi did a great job. From the outset we asked for his advice on what lighting would be appropriate for an awkward walk-in wardrobe space. He listened over the phone and popped over the next day to survey the space. He discussed a few options and gave me the time to decide which option I saw fit. He listened diligently to the brief and I told him I was not the expert so would rely on his expert opinion. The job was completed the following week, there was no fuss and we hardly noticed him doing the work. Above all, he kept the space very clean and ensured everything was thoroughly cleaned after. We were delighted with the final job and a few months on are enjoying our new space. I would not hesitate to use Luigi again. To boot, his professionalism, positive and jolly character was a pleasure. He made our space happen when others were not able to. Thanks again Luigi!

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had no water Saturday morning, and arranged a visit with Andre for Sunday in the 12-5 appointment window. I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Thank you SO much Andre!!!! He was also careful and considerate with my very curious cat and I really appreciate that as well. A friendly guy who does a great job. I will absolutely be recommending this service to anyone I can, and hope this review has helped you decide this is definitely the right company to call. 🤝

Outstanding service from Andrei and colleagues who installed a Joule unvented cylinder for me recently at very short notice. Very professional and skilled work carried out with real care and attention. Andrei also did some extra light installations. Highly recommend Andrei - nothing is too much trouble!

Really lovely experience dealing with Andrew , the installation was quick and efficient. We got the boiler in 2 days later after the one we had broke . Usually you would have to wait at least 7-14 days for a new boiler to be delivered. He even repainted for us ! Will definitely be using him again for anything we need and would highly recommend him to other people Thanks so much Andrew !!

I'm incredibly impressed by the speed and quality of work. I called in the evening asking to fix my electric heaters and Andrew was happy to fix them early in the morning the next day. Its a very trustworthy person, I left the key with him, and when he finished he was happy to drop it off at my work place. Andrew takes time to make sure everything is done properly. Very highly recommended. Brilliant service!!!

What an incredible experience! We went to la Palombe for dinner and I gotta say that it’s a new jewel in London !! The staff was super friendly, keen to have a chat and giving us recommendations. They told us how the ingredients are sourced locally such as the truffles and the venison. I can’t recommend more to have the amuse-bouche, entree, mains and dessert. All dishes complement each other so well. The menu changes regularly, but if you can have a freshly baked madeleines, it will certainly make your evening. Can’t wait to come back again!

Absolutely outstanding. I’m so happy we found this place. Easy to get to as it’s right on Kensington High Street not far from the Tube. Welcoming interior and attentive staff. Unusually inexpensive wine list with lots of variety—our bottle was excellent. But the food is the super star. Every dish was exactly what we hoped for. Sourdough bread with butter and radishes: lovely toast, whipped butter and radishes so cute I thought I might be a Hobbit. Excellent pâté made us smile. A nice carrot pickle bite to balance the charred octopus. Chicken ballotine was the perfect dish we’d ever wanted until… the duck à l'orange. I’ll be dreaming of that duck for a very long time. The excellent balance of tart-sweet-umami. Absolutely perfect dish. We found room for a lovely crème brûlée to finish and some excellent fresh baked madeleines. A couple of post-dinner cocktails sent us up to heaven. What an experience! We’ll be back.

Delicious food and stellar service. The experience at La Palombe blew us away. We had duck & octopus to start, and shared cote de beouf for main. Sergio gave us brilliant pairing advice and we ended up with wines we loved. The best restaurant in High Street Kensington. Many exciting options on the menu, we’ll be sure to return.

A fantastic little cafe with the utmost care taken for my partners allergy, the chef came out himself WITH the food he was about to prep and checked to make sure everything was okay even staying he had washed the bowl through 3 times. Nowhere I repeat NOWHERE has ever taken this much care and we really appreciate it. We ordered coffee, tea, eggs Benedict and scrambled eggs on toast and everything was delicious with good portion sizes and adequate cost. An amazing little establishment and highly recommended for people to stop off at for a bite to eat or small meal!

My husband and I hosted our post wedding lunch at Grato for 15 people. We had the most incredible time and the food was delicious. Pietro, Sue and the team made the experience even more special. We regularly go to Grato and have found it to be our favourite neighbourhood restaurant in London and it was very special to host our family and our dog here for a post wedding lunch. As usual the food and atmosphere was lovely. The cannoli and espresso martini was a real hit with our families.

Cafe Jumo is an absolute gem tucked away in the heart of London! It’s a small, charming cafe with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The owners are super friendly and always take the time to make sure you’re having a great experience. Their selection of sweets is fantastic—everything I’ve tried has been freshly made and incredibly tasty. They also offer a wide variety of teas, so there’s always something new to try. One thing to note is that there’s no Wi-Fi available, so it’s not the place to come if you’re looking to work or stay connected online. But honestly, it’s a great spot to disconnect, enjoy your surroundings, and relax with a cup of tea and a delicious dessert. Do be sure to check the opening hours before you visit, as they can vary. Overall, I highly recommend Cafe Jumo for anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming place with great treats and friendly service. You won’t be disappointed!
