Very happy customer having received superb service from Rob Downie and his work crew. We needed our roof repairing and a small outhouse roof replacing with new guttering. Rob Downie arranged to come round the following day to work out a quote. He arrived and was extremely helpful, listening to what we wanted and advising us on the best and most economical way to do it – which was so refreshing to come across, plus he explained what would happen if he was to get the job. We received a detailed quote and happily accepted it. Work started the following week – the 2 men were absolute stars – working quickly and professionally. Rob Downie checked on their progress and work too. We are so happy with the repaired roof and the newly tiled one and would recommend their work and service to everyone. They left the place clean and tidy too!

Great service from Rob Downie and Dean. Professional from start to finish. I phoned for a quote for a replacement flat roof on a big extension to the house. Rob came the following day as promised and the quote was emailed over to me when expected. Rob and Dean were very polite, explained everything in detail and asked me if I had any questions I needed answering which is not heard of nowadays!! I had damage on my flat roof on my garage from the recent storms. Contacted R Downie and Rob came out the next day. He explained about the damage Id got and how he would repair it. He then gave me an estimate and was so friendly professional and very knowledgable about his work. He came today and carried out the work and did an excellent job.I was very pleased I contacted his business as he obviously knows all about roof damage and repair. Really pleased with the service and work from Rob and his lads. From the start he was upfront about the weather being against him all summer and that work would take time to start. Absolutely true to his word him and his lads turned up on the date agreed and did an absolutely cracking job re-felting two flat roofs and solving a horrible draft problem the previous absolute butt nugget had caused. We are all very pleased with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend him!
