I contacted Steve about problems with my flat roof, having seen some of his videos on YouTube. I have a brand new flat roof that is insufficiently ventilated and has developed mould within months of being built. Steve replied at lightening speed with a personalised video discussing the issues with my roof which I thought was incredibly generous of him.
