I cannot praise the Lincs Group Ltd enough. This will be the third job they have done for us, and it was a horrible, messy one, a new roof. They have worked really well from the time they arrive in a morning to home time. They are polite, organised and James and Joshua are brilliant at keeping us informed as to what is going on and any issues they encounter. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good building team.

We wanted to replace our 20-year old polycarbonate conservatory roof with a solid Guardian roof and we were put in touch with The Lincs Group. Mark’s pleasant and professional manner when he explained the process from start to finish and the approximate costs gave me full confidence that I could trust this work to The Lincs Group. This was a large job and James effectively and efficiently led his team on site, and his communication with us regarding the installation schedule and progress was excellent. The team arrived promptly each day and set to work without delay or fuss. The Lincs Group carried out the main installation with sub-contractors doing the plastering and electrical work and, without fail, everyone who worked on this project was polite and friendly. The work was first class and The Lincs Group should be very proud of the finished job. We are extremely happy with work and the customer service we received; the quality of workmanship is excellent and construction was undertaken with attention to the smallest detail. They worked in an organised and tidy manner, cleaning up at the end of each day. Every effort was made to keep noise and disruption to a minimum and they worked very carefully to avoid any damage to our garden and plants The conservatory now has a new lease of life; it is like a new extension to the house and we expect to be able to use it year-round. The customer service and customer satisfaction is uppermost, so thank you so much for a job very well done.

I was fed up with replacing the felt every 2 years. I got the premiere 1.52 mm. It has up to 50 years life expectancy so if anything goes wrong it will be easy to sort out as they are a local Boston business. It cost me for fountain so much as I had to do it every 2 years. But you save so much money in the long run. It is so easy to do. No nails it glues on. I also got the glue plastic engine so no more rotten wood. It will last as long as the rubber roof. I did a DIY job. I am in no way professional. It took 6 hours and looks amazing. They were so helpful. I would highly recommend them.
