Both of my boys (11 and 6 year old) attend Kumon Shirley. The older child has been attending for many years. They do both Maths and English subjects. They feel safe and supported. The communication with parents is consistent. The boys have gained confidence and become independent learners. The centre owner Sajjad we have known for many years is very experienced with Kumon methodologies.

My daughter started her Kumon Maths journey in Y5 Mar2022. It really helped her build up a strong foundation and more confidence in Maths. It allows her to practice Maths in her own pace. I highly recommend for children who struggle with Maths to give it a try.

Words are not enough to tell how good this place is, especially for the starters. I have been sending my two kids age 8 and 7 now since over a year. It helped my children to study regularly, taught them time management, enhanced their skills to think out of the box. All teachers are very kind and helpful which helped my kids to love this place and they are always waiting for the next class. Highly recommended!

The Kumon centre in Shirley has been amazing for my kids. Since they started Kumon a few years ago, it’s helped them with progressing their learning especially in their chosen subjects. The assistants have always been so helpful and friendly. Always willing to go above and beyond for the students. Mr Hussain, is a wonderful teacher & a wonderful man. Who is very understanding and empathetic to our children. The way Mr Hussain & his assistant’s teach the kids especially with them having special needs & on the spectrum, they are always so understanding & patient with them. We’ve seen such improvement not just in their academics but also their character and personalities. These sessions have helped mould our children and make them more outgoing and friendly. I am very pleased to report that Kumon has helped my son. The experience has been very positive to my son who is much more confident at his school. He is now able to follow lessons and do his homework without getting frustrated . I definitely recommend for all parents and students who are looking to improve their math skills.
