Lynn is an excellent tutor. She got our daughter through her English GCSE resits with good grades. She has very good knowledge of the English Literature syllabus. She was able to tailor the sessions to our needs using a mixture of from home and on-line sessions. She is very professional and friendly as well as honest and focused. I would highly recommend her.

We chose Lynn for 2 reasons: 1. Our daughter had faced year 5 with supply teachers only and was struggling with learning, confidence and enjoyment for education. 2. The 11 plus. Lynn has been amazing. Our daughter recaptured her love for learning. She felt encouraged, enthused and motivated. The icing on the cake is she flew through her 11 plus, with a score well above the PP. Lynn doesn’t pressurise, as I’ve heard some other tutors do. She nurtures, knows her aims and focuses on each individual child. We are so grateful and can’t speak any more highly of Mrs BC. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Mrs BC's Tutor Room. From the very first call Lynn was engaging, personable and took the time to understand what we and our daughter needed from the sessions. The set up is extremely professional, welcoming and most importantly my daughter was made to feel welcome, safe and comfortable and therefore was set up to learn and enjoy each session. The communication before and after each session was detailed and constructive. An added benefit was that I was able to sit in on the sessions in a quiet corner of the purpose built classroom, log in to the Wifi and get on with my work while the tuition session was carried out. All in all very happy and would recommend.

My son started going to Mrs BC's Tutor Room with fairly limited confidence in Maths and a little behind in this subject. Her patient and encouraging approach has worked wonders - he is now getting regular amazing feedback from his teachers about his confident and enthusiastic approach to maths as well as having moved up a set multiple times.

Mrs BC has been absolutely fantastic in tutoring our son for his English GCSE. She managed to fit us in last minute and even juggled things around to accommodate us.
