We have just purchased first Smart TV and not being great technicians decided to use a Company Services to set this up. It was easy to contact them and we got a response quickly and were able to arrange date. Toby from Smart Home arrived on time and proceeded with setting up Smart TV. It took longer than expected as issue with slow internet! Very patient and helpful assisted with set up of Netflix/Amazon account and went on to explain how use different functions. Kindly took old TV away which was helpful. Would recommend a friendly, professional and more important local company.

We first thought that Smart Home were just about high-end 'smart home' installations - which is why initially asked Andy and Scott to cable TV and internet throughout our new home. But we soon realised they do much more than that - meaning we then asked them to install/update sockets and lights, and to take on a range of 'hidden challenges'. They solved everything - and have been a delight to work with. Highly recommended.

Karen and the team worked on a large internal lighting upgrade at our church and completed the job to an extremely high standard, getting in additional equipment needed and being incredibly flexible to get it finished quickly, when the job turned out to be more involved than we had initially realised. It has made such a huge difference to the building. Karen and the team were polite and courteous, they are qualified to the highest levels as needed by the C of E and they provided all supporting documentation immediately on completion of the work. They are very experienced in working with churches.We would not hesitate to use the team in future and would recommend to other churches in the area, as well as residential properties.

Karen sent her team into The Finance Hub to start delivering a key office essential PAT Testing. It was the most smoothest task for my Office Manager to carry out. We appointed Bright Spark Electrical services as they shout the loudest online and Karen is in our BNI group BUT so they should shout loud as they are brilliant. The testing day was booked easily, the chap turned up and did the job independently without disruption to our working office.and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Following this, we have been sent but not inundated with tips and advice to follow or reminders to check that we would easily forget! Darren is a very personable and friendly man. I have used him to do numerous jobs, over the past few years, adding and changing sockets, changing and fitting most of our ceiling lights, fitting external sensor floodlights, fitting all of our external Ring security and also adding new external weather-proof sockets. I think on nearly every occasion I have been shocked by the cost, always expecting the work to cost more than Darren charges! Darren always responds to request messages quickly, is relatively quick to book you in, always keeps his appointment and is never late. I have recommended him to friends and neighbours on a few occasions and the feedback is always very positive. Call him, book him, use him, you won't be disappointed.

Brilliant! Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say 😂 Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way. Was clear from the get-go on pricing, answers queries promptly, turns up when he says he going to and is honest. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, looking forward to him coming back to complete the other work we have that needs doing. I generally don’t feel comfortable around people due to social anxieties, but Darren is great be be around and loves dogs, so that’s all good in my book 😂

We needed some internal lights changed and also some external lights and floodlights fitted. Tom was diligent, got on with the job and even spotted a potential issue we were unaware of with regards to a lamp fitting that could have had serious consequences if left. Even when we changed our mind about the position of one of the external lights, it seemed no trouble for Tom to change it. He was also clear about his quote and the breakdown of charges which we liked. We will require further electrical work soon and I would have no hesitation in using Tom again.

Well, this was a great surprise. I'd been working in West Malling all day filming, and my mother in law booked us in for dinner. She is rather discerning, and this was to be her third visit in a couple of weeks, so I had high hopes. We had the taster menu. See the attached pics and what a wonderful gastronomic journey it was. The kitchen team has obviously honed this menu to a level of layered brilliant flavour bombs. We loved this meal and every course was interesting and delicious. We had a nice, well priced Malbec, and I'll be back it it was a great meal. The staff and venue were attentive and yet relaxed. Thanks very much, and keep up the great work!

We booked a private dining room for a family Sunday Lunch and opted for a lamb sharer. We were served beautiful warm bread rolls with a selection of butter and oil and a superb starter. The main Sunday roast meal was delicious with lamb that was so tender and tasty served with onions, garlic and herbs and a selection of vegetables, cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes and massive Yorkshire puds. Absolutely fantastic meal with sticky toffee pudding and clotted cream to follow. The private room was spacious and set out for our family lunch and it was just what we wanted. We were able to eat in relaxing surroundings with our family. The staff were professional, polite and made are lunch very special. In the words of my granddaughter ‘we are in a super special room’. All in all a wonderful lunch and afternoon.

Fantastic!! My wife and I had a rare date night without the children. We have wanted to try St Leonard’s since moving to West Malling a few months ago. We decided to have a cocktail before we headed to our table and it was the best margarita we have had in a very long time. We went for the tasting menu , each dish was really tasty and well presented. The monkfish was my favourite. Wine was very reasonably priced and the service was on point. We will be back again very soon!!

Another stunning meal at St Leonard’s! I come here every time they change the menu and it just keeps getting better. The food is seasonal, beautifully presented, and tastes amazing. They also have a really good wine selection and elegant cocktails. I’d recommend the Bloody Mary or the chocolate and hazelnut martini (this is really nice for dessert too). 10/10, definitely recommend.

Matt has been brilliant throughout the whole experience, I called him for a quote and he arrived when he said he would and I received the estimate in very good time too which was great considering we had a short deadline. I came in for lunch with family I hadn't seen in a while as we'd heard good things about Jel's Cafe. A good number of options to choose from, I had a large English breakfast and a sanpellegrino lemon, whereas everyone else had jacket potatoes. I got hash browns and black pudding as extra as it didn't come as standard, but the meal still was reasonably priced. My aunt commented saying the jacket potato was the best one she's ever had outside of home cooking, so will be back to try that myself!
