For me dentists have always been tricky. This practice is outstanding. They take the care in healthcare extremely seriously and the results are surprising. I was sure staining on my teeth was permanent (every other hygienist told me so), but Tabitha not only removed them, but gave me confidence in my self care. At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Installed 4 radiators, gas oven, hob and sink. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt that that the standard of service received warranted it.

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

Every six months I visit the wonderful hygienist Karen at the Sandford. Not only does she thoroughly clean my teeth, but over the years she has given me a huge amount of advice about my dental hygiene. As a result, my teeth have never been cleaner nor in better condition. She also happens to be a truly delightful person.

Fantastic. I previously had my teeth whitened here, which looks great. I have been visiting Zahra Khan for my Hygiene appointments. She is such a lovely lady, as I have always been frightened when visiting dentists, due to a bad experience ax a child. She explains what she is doing, she has a lovely manner, and at the end gives good advice, which really works. I would highly recommend.

My orthodontic treatment with Nina and the team at the Sandford was a pleasure from start to finish. I felt reassured and at ease with Nina from my very first consultation. Her knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent, combined with her calming and pleasant manner gave me confidence and faith in the two year process I was embarking upon. Every appointment in that time was a joy: Nina and the team were always lovely, kind and supportive and the environment was relaxed and welcoming. I’ve had such challenging experiences with dentists in the past that I developed a real phobia and avoided dental visits for several years. Honestly the best decision ever! Nina, Kat, Farhad, Sarah and the team have done an amazing work on my teeth. Their attention to detail, patience and care was tremendous. My treatment took a bit longer as I had 1 tooth that wouldn't budge, so they opted for another round of aligners to make sure they were perfect. I think others would have been sick of me by then and booted me out, but this team is so lovely. I always had a really good laugh with them and am really pleased with the results. Such an amazing dental practice! My first visit here was in March when I was booked to have fillings done. I missed those appointments. I had a horrible toothache overnight and I called for an appointment to be seen. I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. The female dentists who treated me showed me such empathy! I was in so much pain and they took care of my pain. I am needle phobic and extremely afraid of needles but they were so professional with me and helped me. I was adamant about the tooth being extracted because of the pain I was feeling but I was treated and given options that could save my tooth. Thank you to the 2 female dentists that saw me! Really find all staff here great. Have had recent fillings, crown fitting and Enlighten whitening done. All excellent. The dentists take time to make sure all is pain free. And the results from Enlighten whitening have been brilliant.

Josh was absolutely great - called him in the morning with an F75 boiler error and he attended that same day. He was clear, friendly and efficient - we were really impressed with the service and asked him if he could complete a boiler service too which was no problem. Will definitely be calling Josh again for any future boiler issues!

I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up! Would 100% recommend and would definitely use again!

Initially we called Castle Heating for a breakdown 2 days before a large family gathering on Christmas day. Not only did they come out quick and at the stated time, they left us able to get through our gathering. Two days after Christmas, they fitted the new boiler in what is the most awkward of places. I never did get their names, but the 2 men were absolutely brilliant. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The bonus..... all this at a really good price. I would highly recommend them, and I will be using them to come and carry out a yearly service.

Lovely vet practise, really recommend it. Giles genuinely cares. He just did an animal health cert for us to take our dog abroad, he had clearly put a lot of effort in to it to get it right (they’re v tricky!), was really well organised. He gives good advice and obviously knows his stuff!

Great little vets (part of a big group) all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Newly improved the Cobham branch, it has two entrances. One for Cats and one for Dogs - big improvement. Very smart and modern and have everything you need from a vets. They take the time to explain everything. Seem to be fair priced. Always gives our little kitten great care. Would recommend.

Would definitely recommend Keith. Came out the next morning to help! We needed a shock arrestor fitted for the boiler. Very honest and knowledgeable. Doesn't try to to take advantage like some of the numbers I rang on check a trade who wanted nearly double for the work! Very professional, explained what he was doing and very tidy. I would definitely use Keith again for any work that needs doing and would reccomend to anyone who's looking for a honest reliable plumber. Thanks again! :)

After a slight misunderstanding of us not confirming the first appointment Keith arrived promptly the following day having confirmed he was on his way. I asked My Heating to replace my old boiler with a combi one. Keith explained the work involved and provided me with a detailed quote that covered everything discussed. Keith from My Heating is outstanding, he came at very short notice, diagnosed our problem and gave us a very reasonable price. Our hot water problem ended up requiring a new boiler, he was very transparent in his prices and returned to do the work with the electrician on time and made a very tidy job.
