Mati is an absolutely fantastic professional. He came on short notice on a Sunday and spent over an hour trying to fix the mess left by another electrician. The issue was promptly resolved on Monday after we sourced a new extractor fan. True to his word, he arrived punctually at 8 AM to complete the job. I highly recommend Mati, as it’s rare to find such honest and reliable individuals in this industry.
I engaged Mati to replace a set of light switches in a four storey house so I could switch them on and off on every floor. He spent a lot of time researching options and prices before then fitting the latest state of the art 'kinetic' switches. Just the solution I needed.
Mati has a great set of inter-personal skills. He is friendly, polite and diligent. I totally trust him. He wants to satisfy the customer. I would use him again and have no hesitation at recommending him.
