Have used Ricki for my boiler service the last couple of years. He has provided an excellent service: efficient, clean and punctual. He always explains fully what he's doing and provides additional guidance on getting the most of our heating system. Highly recommend.

Pipeworks Plumbing & Heating attended to a leak on our aging water boiler. Rikki advised on the options for either a repair or a replacement which was very helpful for us to understand. He is conscientious, kept us informed of what he was doing, and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding little gem in the country side, with a wonderful selection of coffee, tea, beers, wine and more that I didn't get the chance to sample (this time). Beautifully cooked food from locally sourced ingredients. Lovely hosts with great staff.

Wow, wow, wow and WOW!!! We stayed here for my wife's birthday with some friends and it was just perfect from start to finish. The house is situated in a beautiful little village which is so iconic for an English village. The house itself is absolute luxury. Big rooms, wonderful bedrooms, super comfy beds, a dream modern kitchen, and really nice interior design with lots of character! The kitchen is fully kitted out with equipment, big fridge with ice maker and every utensil you can think of in the store room! There is an awesome sun-trap garden with big table to chill with friends. But the star of the show is the basement which is a converted beer cellar into the basement of dreams! A huge TV, karaoke machine, massive sofas, old style vintage juke box and full poker set...oh and it's sound proofed so you can let rip with 1am karaoke 😆😆 If you are having a party, weekend with friends or business away time then look no further! 5 stars without question.

We stayed last weekend for my husbands 50th birthday with friends and family. I surprised my husband with a renewal of our wedding vows. Debbie and Rob went above and beyond their duties as hosts to help make this the special celebration I'd hoped for, liasing with the Caterers and the Celebrant directly for me, letting me come and visit before, helping me set up a gin tasting at the little bull next door for one of the evenings... I honestly can't thank you both enough. The Bull wowed all of my guests, everyone loved their luxury rooms, the cinema room and the comfort of the shared space and that beautiful comfortable table where so many happy memories were shared. Thank you again. Happy to be a verbal reference to anyone who is thinking of staying

Contacted Nick of Right Flow via email and received a call the same day, and my request to change my old bathroom taps for those I had purchased was booked within the week, and the job has been completed today! Nick arrived promptly, fitted the taps quickly, and we discussed a missing overflow pipe problem and a further booking made for next week to resolve that. Very impressed with Nick's knowledge, speed and quality of work, and would highly recommend!

Nick is the sort of tradesman we all hope for - speedy, efficient and fairly priced. He is willing to go that extra mile to sort out tricky problems and is knowledgeable courteous and tidy. He came to look at a faulty shower and quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary replacement parts. This is the second time I have used him and he is utterly trustworthy. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I recently ordered from KSB, quite late, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I received my order (delivery rider issues). The food was honestly excellent, clearly the "last order as good as the first order" is practiced here! 10/10 would recommend

I've had the crispy Korean chicken rice bowl and the chicken satay noodle bowl now and they were both incredible. Looks smells and taste so fresh and clean. Portions were much bigger than I was expecting too. Can't recommend them enough and will be going back soon. We'll done

The best food I have had in Tunbridge wells. Portion sizes are amazing, great value for money the kimchi and honey chicken wings are insane perfectly balanced flavours that tantalise tastebuds & the kimchi has a delicious ginger kick which I really loved. Delicious Korean food, rare find, if you're a bit of a foodie you will love it. Not much else like this in the area. Highly recommend. It will take you a long time to choose from the menu though as it all sounds tremendous. The chicken wings and kimchi rice are top notch 👌

Over the years we have had a lot of electrical work carried out by different electricians, some better than others. Matt carried out a full electrical survey of the house, identified a few faults, carried out some remedial work and fitted 2 external lights. He is very knowledgeable and meticulous in all his work, and it is nice to have everything working properly and know that it is all safe. Matt is highly professional, turned up exactly when he he said he would, and left all the areas where he worked clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

The whole experience from the initial call for help, right up until bidding him farewell was exceptional, prompt and very reasonably priced.
