I’m thrilled with the composite bonding work done by Dr. Charles Brandon! He is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and his attention to detail is second to none. Dr. Brandon made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and explained everything clearly. The results are fantastic – I love my new smile! Receptionist took far too long to process my husband and I’s, visit. Partial payment was missed and had to be followed up later. No suggestion of visiting the other branch to avoid a 3 month wait for a hygienist. We didn’t know there was another branch nearby. Dentist told us about the other branch and there was a much earlier appointment. 2 weeks. They do need to employ another hygienist. For a private practice the wait is too long for new patients.
Most importantly, Dentist Monica was good. Polite, friendly, explained things well.
Yesterday had an abcess tooth taken out by Dr Ahmed. Admittedly the Injections were the worst but I have to say I am so grateful for his expertise and caring manor. This morning hardly any pain or discomfort compared to previous extractions. Thanks again Ahmed and his lovely assistant. X
Brandon and Sonia took great care to run through my potential problem... to keep an eye on it if it flares again. Explained with xray in great detail to visually show me. Great service
Brilliant dentists - they make you feel at ease, explain everything to you & the staff are very helpful. I am a nervous patient and they are very re-assuring. Dr Ahmed Farooq & Naomi have been fantastic the last few weeks.
