First appointments today and saw Chan. I have a lot of dental work ahead of me and knew this. It took a lot for me to walk through the door but didn't want to appear terrified even though I was. Chan put me at ease, talked me through the procedures and was so lovely. She said she will get it sorted and I trust her already. I've had so many bad past experiences but already have great faith in her and the teams ability to reinstate my smile and confidence again

I had a filling last week and the dentist said this would have to be done by the hygienist which I thought was weird. All I can say is wow I have never had such a pain free, gentle experience at the dentist. I was numb enough not to feel it but not so numb that I was dribbling and incoherent. I have never been a fan of having fillings but if all my previous ones were like this I would not stress in the slightest. I highly recommend her to everyone.

My 1st visit to Lenham Dental, after being with my own dentist, for the last 45 years. To say I was nervous is a major understatement! Kate Marshall and Michelle were wonderful 😁 Put me at ease, explained everything and I felt leaving like I had been a patient for years. Can't say I'm looking forward to actually starting a course of treatment, but know I will be in safe hands 👍 I also upgraded to an electric toothbrush, so hopefully will receive some brownie points😉

Friendly, and very efficient staff. Have been going to Lenham dentist since I was old enough to legally go. My allocated dentist is always lovely and talkative, very easy to speak openly with and very kind. Nothing bad to say at all. Keep up the phenomenal work 🙌🔥

I needed an emergency appointment on Monday of this week and I was seen the following day. The service and dental surgery is absolutely brilliant. We’ve been attending Lenham for nearly 40 years My wife and I and our daughter would all concur that it is an absolute brilliant, first class, exceptional practice All the work we have had done is first class. I would like to add the balance to this review but can’t think of anything that’s negative. Thank you to all the Staff.

I have only just started attending this Dentists and I think that that they have a friendly and professional approach. I was impressed that the Dentist identified an area of my dental care that I had not been addressing appropriately and she was spot on with her diagnosis about what I had and hadn't been doing with my brushing. They are also very gentle and considerate of the patient.

The front desk team was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The dentist's was also amazing, she took the time to go over my X-rays, explained my oral health in detail, and gave me helpful tips for maintaining better dental hygiene. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated the personalised care and attention to detail. The dental hygienist, was fantastic—she explained everything she was doing during the cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I went to the dentist with a very painful gum infection which I needed to be treated very urgently due to imminent surgery! Balsam was absolutely fabulous! She was very thorough and understanding and treated me with such compassion. Treatment was successful and I was able to go ahead with my surgery as planned! I cannot thank her enough!

Emergency Dental Appointment Faversham smiles. I would just like to share what amazing kindness, consideration to my needs and overall exceptional service from staff I received whilst away in Kent. The lovely calm, reassuring Dentist, Dr Balsam to the very kind dental nurse Jessica on reception who reassured and explained everything I needed to know regarding my visit! Great communication, compassion and kindness was shown throughout my appointment. Keep up the great work it made my worrying, emergency dental visit a very positive experience .

Words can not describe how professional Connor is. The work I asked for in my home was no small thing. Connor turned up on time, came back with a quote that was more than reasonable. I’m having Connor back in 2023 to finish off the rest of the home. I did not even get another quote, because I knew right away he was the perfect person to do the job. Fantastic with my partner and children, had time for a small talk, and most of all gave recommendations as to what would work better, rather than trying to bump up the cost.

Connor has done quite a bit of electrical work for us now. He is very professional and a real perfectionist. My kitchen light was very difficult to fit but he made it look so easy. He’s also corrected dangerous electrical work done for us previously. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use Connor again.

Great company. Came out to assess the work required and discuss options a. A written quotation was then proved a few days later I agreed this and a team came out to carry out the work. Great job, exactly what I asked for. Invoice was for the amount I agreed. They also proved the necessary building certification and test results for the work. Had an emergency call out on a Sunday, no power at all. Adam showed up within half an hour and was done within an hour. He found and fixed the problem quickly, no time wasting, cannot fault the service. Price very good, no rip off. Will definitely use again.

We have recently carried out a complete renovation of our flat, and Adam and his team at Electrically Sound have been working here for more than two weeks. In that time, they have always been friendly, approachable, and extremely efficient. Adam particularly is quite a rare find; a consummate "problem solver" who really seems to work miracles sometimes, when all had seemed lost! He is also unfailingly polite and cheerful, and he always does what he says he will do. Thoroughly recommended.

Had Adam come on several occasions. Very professional, clean, tidy and reliable. His workmanship is second to none. I have used Adam for 3 jobs now; fitting some extra sockets, putting in an outside light and moving a ceiling rose. I have found Adams work to be of a very high standard with the jobs completed in the timescale stated. Adam works neatly and cleanly and his prices are very competitive too. I found Adam to be very professional and trustworthy. I had two different issues with electrics in one part of my house, one of which was how another electrician left it. Adam found the faults and explained very carefully the different options we had to getting power back into the rooms. He carried out the agreed work the same day and got it all working which I didn't think would be possible. He tested the electric circuit and explained what it meant. Prowired Electrical were initially appointed to provide a temporary electric board in MK1 Installations new Warehouse which came as a completely empty shell to which they were able to provide a next day service for the supply and installation. Because they provided such a high standard of service with the initial work as stated above and the costs in doing so were very reasonable, it was only right that the appointment of installing our warehouse lighting was also put their way and again, they were very helpful from advising, right through to again the supply and installation of lighting which was all done within a week. The directors(Danny & Nathan) are always happy to help and ensure that any specific requirements are met regardless of how big or small.

Swapped a manual Thermostat for a digital one on the heating system. Had to cut open wall to mount wall box, was very neat and tidy. Also removed the unnecessary timer in the heating cupboard and installed a blanking plate without being asked which was a nice touch. Very polite and great service.

The whole experience from the initial call for help, right up until bidding him farewell was exceptional, prompt and very reasonably priced.
