Little gem in Surbiton! Great service, lovely atmosphere and delicious food! The pistachio and dulce de leche cake is a must have! So light and moist! Best cake I had in a while! Food is fairly priced and really nicely presented. I’ll definitely come back!
Best coffee in the area by far! Incredibly accommodating staff that always go the extra mile, it’s l never been a problem for them to tweak an order (due to allergy) . Food and cakes are absolutely amazing, Couldn’t recommend enough!

Absolutely wonderful place, great atmosphere and delicious food! My family and I love going there. Children are more than happy, there is always something special for them ☺️ Often order takeaways as well. With the lovely new option - Day lunch menu, it's a big relief when we don't have time to cook a home-cooked meal. Thank you Eff Café, you are amazing! We highly recommend you! 💯
