The course is in absolute top condition, hats off to Neil and all ground staff, greens are exceptional unlike tapton and the social distancing is adhered to well, the only issue is that there are still too many people not repairing pitch Mark's otherwise I can't fault the course, well done all, 5 stars

Course is challenging enough for golfers of all abilities (9 hole - Par 35), and is well maintained. Support facilities are a little basic, but the course as a whole offers a cost-effective option to nomadic golfers, like me. I will definitely return!

Been to the range a few times and went around the course for the first time the other day. Really pleased, course and greens in great condition, staff always helpful and friendly.

Played here for the first time today with my brother, the course, the facilities, the food and especially the staff were unreal. Couldn’t recommend this course enough, we’ve had some bad weather recently and the fairways/greens are in superb condition, credit to the green keepers. Will 100% be returning!

I’ve been a member here since January the course and staff are class. The condition of the course is quality and don’t let the 10 holes put you off from coming. Club house offers great food and refreshments

I played Coxmoor in September 2023. The course was in fantastic condition. Located in the "Golden Triangle" of Coxmoor G.C, Hollinwell G.C and Sherwood Forest G.C in the heart of Nottinghamshire's Sherwood Forest. The views are stunning the holes are all individual with there own challengers with and the 18th has possibly the longest narrowest green in the county. The high quality a true Heathland course with heather, gorse, broom and grasses is reflected in the green fee but value for money it is well worth it. The club house has a very nice balcony that overlooks the 1st tee and 18th green so you can have refreshment and see how others get on. Practice facilities are very good with PXG having a demo day when I was there. The rating I give are always based on value for money for the quality of course condition, practice facilities, club house facilities including locker room changing/shower, food & drink, car parking.

Four of us played today and had a fabulous time ! The staff were excellent as was the course and also our meals before and after our round ! Many thanks to Lynn, Colin and the club professional who were all very pleasant and helpful. We hope to return in warmer times but I'm sure with the same warm welcome ! Excellent course & practice facilities. Food was good and drinks reasonably priced, staff were very accomodating One of the nicest courses I have played, will be looking to come back again next year.

Fantastic experience today at the moorview golf centre. I was optimistically trying to find a few clubs for my 2 and 3 year old kids. Lee very kindly found time to shorten one of their drivers for me and also found an iron which hopefully will encourage them to want to get into golf. Very much appreciated, thanks again.

I had a fantastic first-hand experience at Moorview Golf Centre and will definitely be going again! The facilities are top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Whether you're a seasoned golfer or a beginner like me, this place has everything you need for a great day out. The driving range was well-maintained, and the course itself was challenging yet enjoyable. Overall, it was a brilliant experience, and I can't recommend it enough. Looking forward to my next visit!

Great golf range. Turn up and buy as many golf balls as you want and off you go. There is a bar for drinks and snacks, and a little putting area. Lessons are available on request.

As you would expect from a course located in Derbyshire Peak district it's not flat far from it but the track is approaching outstanding both from a golf point of view and a scenic. We were fortunate that the weather was plesant but if the rain came in then it would be a VERY difficult course. We were made extremely welcome and the club house was good. I have to mention the flapjack's that were home made they were just unbelievable a MUST try. If you do have mobility issues then I would certainly recommend a buggy it is difficult I know as I have a iffy knee. Negatives not about the course but the area attracts a lot of visitors so on narrow roads cars are an issue BUT not as much as cyclists who make traveling time a lot longer so that is something to take into consideration when planning your journey.

Loved our visit to Sickleholme. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The course was in great condition, greens quick and pure. Can't wait to come back!

What an absolute gem of a golf course! But my word it’s hilly so get a buggy!! £40 for manicured greens and well presented fairways, different challenges and views over Hope Valley. Just brilliant, will be back (with a buggy again)

What an absolute pleasure to play a course which I must have driven past many times and never really knew it was here! Excellent condition out on the course. Made very welcome in the Pro Shop and Clubhouse bar. There are some little touches which make the experience so memorable. The outside seating alongside the practice green is no doubt well used and made for a welcome post round refreshment seat! Stunning views on many holes, the challenge on each is different taking the experience up a further notch! Thank you for supporting the On Course Foundation with their fund raising!

Our Society recently had a golf day at Chapel en le frith Golf Club and were overwhelmed with how great an experience it was. Breakfast, Diner and Tea all included in the price, coffee on arrival, one 18 hole round and a 9 hole round. The club captain came in to greet us even though he was injured and gave us some good information on the course. The course is amazingly maintained, Tee Boxes, Fairways and greens are all really well maintained and look great, the views from the course are breath-taking. Fairways are very open however the course is very challenging and will test your golf skill. Buggy hire is exceptionally reasonably priced. the food was prepared really well and tasted great. the whole group couldn't find a single complaint throughout the whole course. 10/10 - Hope to see you all again soon !

Our 8 man society played on 22/06. Really warm welcome by the lady in the golf shop, just the perfect introduction to the golf club. The course itself was challenging, but well kept and the greens ran fast and true. Bar staff equally professional for the post round inquest! We had a lovely day and would definitely return.

Held my Dad's wake at the golf club on Monday 3rd February, couldn't fault it had the hot sandwiches and chips, they were fantastic great quality meat on the sandwiches and plenty of it, cakes were delicious. Upstairs room was great. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, would definitely recommend.

I've been a member here for a number of years now. I may be a little bit biased, but I think that it is a wonderful course. I would recommend this course to anyone visiting the High Peak ,and fancying a knock.

Very nice course views amazing. If your going it's £24 a game as I was there yesterday green's have just been sanded and seeded so may be a few more weeks before they are back to normal but the fairways are mint. Definitely going again in a couple of weeks might even get my membership I enjoyed that much.

Did footgolf 6 hole course go round twice only thing prices say 7 quid on website and 5 quid kids we got charged 25 for 2 adults 2 kids only a quid difference but a good testing course and nice venue 👍👍

Played the 9 hole academy course. Lovely course for beginners. Fairways not bad except 4th hole could do with a cut (although is a Par 3 so should be hitting green😂). Greens could do with a little work but still playable! Enjoyed it and will be back

Well lit and the tracer system is great, evening after dark with very little missed by the cameras. Software support is good, too, with a wide range of options to help improve all aspects of your game. 100 balls for £11 shoukd keep you busy for an hour!

Excellent driving range with Top tracer tech. Having all year round greens, with no winter greens, has it's positives and negatives. I hate winter greens, so being able to play the full course is a significant bonus. However, the quality of the greens, and fairway, is not fantastic. Drainage is understandably a challenge given the course's location. In wet winter months, expect to be very muddy when you finish

Just love this course, it’s a challenge for every standard of golfer and so many variations of holes. It has broken me quite a few times but I keep going back as I enjoy it so much. It is very hilly and this also adds to the challenge. The staff are always welcoming along with the green keepers who always have time to say hello. I really recommend this course. If I lived closer to it I would definitely become a member.
