Heritage's brief was to replace an existing driveway and rear patio. They helped design the new drive and patio layouts, chose the materials and supplied both the materials and the work force to complete the project. Heritage did a fine job with my drive. Their service is excellent. They are very professional and responsive and they go the extra mile; they didn't leave the job and returned a couple of times until I was 100% satisfied. I really appreciated that since I didn't know what I needed to ask for until the work was done. The start of the work was delayed by a few days but they communicated really well about that; I was never left wondering what's going on. Their workers are efficient, friendly and respectful and clean up after themselves. They did some other projects in my neighbourhood and were recommended to me by a neighbour and I would not hesitate recommending Charlie and his team to anybody in need of a new or improved drive.
