I asked MDK to restore an area of my garden that had been destroyed by badgers. Martina came up with an elegant design and gave careful thought to materials and colours. Her team were professional and courteous. They all worked hard to complete the job on time and left the site clean and tidy. I’m delighted with the finished result and would definitely recommend Martina and her team.

I found MDKFS on checkatrade, being local I asked Martina to give us a quote to fully landscape our rear garden. I gave a sketch of the garden we wanted Martina listened to our requirements and took measurements and came up with a plan we liked. 2 quotes arrived and after more discussion garden plan was finalised. Day 1 Martina arrived with her crew and work started, The men were friendly and during the days always asked us if the changes they were making were as we wanted. Day 7 all landscaping completed. Each day Martina visited to see the gardens progress and checked with us all was as required and to talk to her crew. Day 8 Martina spent planting bushes and flowers in the raised beds, she knew where to put the plants for best results. Garden finished with both parties giving final approval. I would fully recommend MDK Facilities Services and will be using them again for future garden jobs.

Martina was very efficient, and had a good understanding of what I needed. Although I wasn't here most of the time, communication was good, either via email or phone, and prompt. Very helpful with advice about the job and materials to get the best for the project. I will definitely be using MDK for any future projects!

Our garden had become overgrown and we weren’t making best use of the space available to us. We chose Landscapia based on their portfolio and reviews, being local to us was a bonus. After initial chats about what we wanted, Marc produced a couple of designs which we then worked through with him making tweaks here and there until we were really happy with the plan. Leigh and the team coped with horrendous weather to deliver a fantastic result. Really pleased with the way things have turned out. Everything and everyone involved in the project was great, Melissa kept us informed of things happening offsite and Leigh and the lads were always on hand if we had any queries. We wanted to do the planting ourselves which is currently underway. Have to say that the garden was left spotless by Dave after the build was finished so we’ll post more pictures when we’ve done more planting and tidied up after ourselves. Highly recommend Landscapia to anyone considering having garden work done!

Our old wooden deck had come to the end of its useful life and I contacted Landscapia to install a replacement. Throughout the whole process, the team provided expert advice, kept us in touch with how things were progressing during challenging times and kept to their word with regard to timeliness and the quality of the end result. The team were an absolute pleasure to work with and have now been back to lay a resin-bonded path to finish off the project. They even cleared one of my borders of weeds and grass while they were waiting for the resin to set ! I knew when I started my project who I wanted to build it. It took a little time to get moving due to COVID restrictions, but they didn’t disappoint. Quality products built by a team with obvious experience at the top end of Landscaping. Started on time and finished on time, during, at times dreadful weather. Hoping to start Stage 2 at sometime in near future, I will only be approaching one company Phase 2: ref. my previous comment, Landscapia have just finished the second stage of my project, fortunately for all concerned the weather was a little kinder. Excellent artificial grass installation service from start to finish - would genuinely recommend. Melissa always responded quickly to our queries and organised everything perfectly, from the survey by Dave, delivery of skip the day before and delivery of materials on the day. The installation team of Farrel and Alex were punctual, polite, very knowledgeable and worked really hard all day, leaving us with a perfect new lawn (Quickgrass 'Stratford') and no mess for us to clear up on driveway and paths afterwards - well done. Brilliant job guys and thank you !

Simon and his team of Mark and Jon have been caring for our garden for over 2 years now and keep it beautifully for us to enjoy. They work very hard, and do all sorts- plant care, mulching, clearing leaves, weeding and pruning, digging. Easy to get in touch and always helpful and reliable. We highly recommend them.

We have been using Simon and his team for a number of years now. They are a very friendly, reliable and give a professional service - they are there in all weathers and are a very hard working team. We have been using for general maintenance - mowing, weeding, removing leaves, adding new plants, and changing layouts within the garden and recently used them for gutter cleaning which was a very professional and clean service. Highly recommend.

From my initial conversation with Marc & Darryl at Grand Designs, through to the completion of the project, F.B & Sons have been professional and honest throughout. The team of Darryl, Ben, Hannah and Miles were on site for four days and were efficient, considerate and so hard-working. They ensured my apartment, and communal areas, were well protected and always cleaned up after themselves. Darryl was innovative in finding a bespoke solution for securing my fence panels to ensure they were sturdy, but also looked good.. The team made sure I was happy with progress through each stage and discussed any minor queries as they went along. I can't express enough how happy I am with the work carried out by the team and cannot wait for better weather so I can sit out on my 'new' balcony. Fantastic job replacing my old fence. Jack is very professional and friendly and provided a competitive quote in a timely manner. Did not have to wait long for the work to be done. An excellent job completed on the day. There was a lot of undergrowth to clear and the area was left clean and tidy.
