Rick and his team have just completed ‘phase 2’ of our garden project. We cannot praise them enough for their efforts and we are extremely happy with their work and our transformed garden. When the grass, hedges and plants mature it will be stunning and our haven. Rick and his team have done an impressive job replacing the scraggly patchy grass with artificial grass. Their work ethic is fab, they arrive at 0800 and work solidly throughout the day , they are great to have around friendly and polite with a gsh. I appreciate we chose the very good quality grass but it wouldn’t be anywhere near as fabulous if the preparation work hadn’t been done correctly. I thoroughly recommend Rick and his fab team, so much so, they’re coming back to replace the very uneven patio.

Rick and his team did an amazing job removing our old fencing and relocating a gate. They were professional, efficient, and attentive to detail, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. From day one, the team were extremely supportive of the ideas for renovation and adaptable when the circumstances changed; especially when the scope kept expanding, adding further tasks. L&R have transformed a wild front and back garden into 7 new areas. Out went the untamed boarders, shrubs and brambles, in came a blank canvas back to seeded grass; wrap around patio across the whole of the rear of the property; new off-road gravel parking, 3 wonderful bespoke sheds, wooden gazebo ready for Lazy spa/hot tub or winter outdoor seating area; new concrete driveway linking the front drive to the rear garden; and a new first impression front garden with new paths and drain covers. Throughout the project, the team were professional and hard working, cheerful during challenging moments, and adaptable when the weather changed. We are extremely grateful to L&R and the service they provided. Looking forward to enjoying the garden in 2025.

Wow, what can we say except that right from the outset we knew we had chosen the right company to complete our project. This is a very professional team with very high standards. All the staff are polite, cheerful and punctual. The attention to detail is impressive and it shows in the high quality work they produce. At the end of each day, they secured the site and left it tidy. They were also very mindful not to disturb the neighbouring properties. Thank you so much for transforming our patio and drive area. My fence panels went through it this winter, despite trying my best to keep them standing they gave up the ghost during Storm Pia last month. So fence research happened, and ALS were the ones that stood out with prompt communication and action from a fabulous team. From Tony providing my best options and quotes, to Kenny and Elvis enduring the temperatures and grafting so incredibly hard through some tricky conditions to deliver a very secure garden fence that will apparently outlive me (see accompanying before/after images for context). Andy is a great guy, very experienced, works really hard, is meticulous in his approach, and uses good products. He replaced some terracing for us and installed handrails, fencing and a gate. His pricing was very reasonable. He prepared and tidied the site thoroughly. We are very pleased with the result, would highly recommend him, and certainly ask him back if we needed his services.

I contacted Andy early Spring as our gate and gatepost were closed to falling down due to a rotting timber post. Andy visited within an hour of me contacting him and surveyed the job and quoted me within 24 hours. The work has just been completed to an incredibly high standard. Tom and his team fitted artificial grass to our property. We are really pleased with the work. Tom is very professional and we have no issues with the work whatsoever. His price was reasonable and the job was completed on time and he was very flexible when the delivery of the grass from Grassdirect got mucked up and this put the job back.

We had various areas of uneven soil covered with weeds and stones. I tried to sort them myself but I didn't really have the time or expertise. Stephen has done a fabulous job tidying these areas, levelling and seeding, and was so quick. He left full instructions for aftercare & I'm looking forward to seeing a lovely lawn grow.

Wildflower meadow preparation and seeding on our front field is why we called Stephen out to advise and do the job for us. He’s been very professional/hardworking throughout and friendly. So nice to have him turning up on time and emailing us throughout since the beginning, asking us how the field is looking. Fitting it with industrial water sprinklers and giving us a print off with instructions during the times he’s not here although he will be popping by at times to see how it’s progressing for himself so we’re not just left to second guess ourselves. Absolutely brilliant work on land to rear of property which is impossible to garden.
