Great spot to stay, just outside of Bournemouth. The room was just what you expect from a premier inn and was nicely clean.
The stand out for this location was Liam at the check in. He couldn’t have been any better. He was extremely friendly and helpful. We asked for food recommendations locally, due to the beefeater being fully booked, and he suggested a local Chinese (Jade Pekin). When we got back with the food he came out to give us some plates and cutlery to eat it with. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
I stayed here for two nights with my wife and our six-month-old baby. The rooms were modern and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities worked as expected.
The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist us. When I needed an iron and board, they promptly arranged for them.
Our baby slept soundly throughout our stay, and they kindly provided a safe cot for her before we arrived.
We would definitely stay here again.
Visited family over the Christmas period and chose to stay here, this premier inn is consistently good! The staff are always welcoming and happy to help. Rooms are what you’d expect for premier inn, comfortably clean.
