Have been with Black Swan for at least 12 years. It can’t be often that people say they enjoy going to the dentist but I do. The team is welcoming and supportive. Procedures are clearly explained and why one needs them likewise. I can’t praise the whole team enough.

As a very nervous dental patient, I cannot recommend Black Swan more highly. I am currently undergoing a course of treatment with Dooha who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also exceptionally understanding and human. I’ve been totally put at ease and feel genuinely cared for by the entire team. The reception staff are second to none, and play such a vital role in the whole experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else (it also helps that it also feels like you’re stepping into a 5* hotel when you enter the building!)

I have been a patient at Black Swan for several years and have found every part of the service to be exemplary from the Reception staff through to the Hygienists and Dentists. I recently had extensive and difficult work done to correct a problem and Ahmad was so understanding and spent considerable time and effort ensuring that I was happy with the result. I cannot imagine any of my previous dentists taking this amount of trouble. I feel confident in knowing that Ahmad and his team will always strive to choose the best treatment I need.

Only had 2 appointments since joined. Both with Ahmed & so pleased we moved there. Treatments were excellent & I felt comfortable at all times. The staff are very welcoming, friendly & can talk you through your treatment if needed.

In my four years of attending Black Swan I've always received exceptional care, but my last visit to see my lovely hygienist, Donna, deserves a special mention. She is absolutely first class at what she does, which is reflected in the visible and measurable improvement to my gums, and she is gentle and caring. I came across Pure Electric from an advertisement in the local news magazine and was impressed by the service information provided when compared to others. I then visited the website, which again I found very informative and easy to navigate through, and from there requested a time slot for a quote for the work I was looking to have carried out. Replacement of a light pendant, replacement of a plug socket and repair cooker hood extractor fan. By sending photographs of the work required this allowed for a quote to be made remotely. Once the quote had been accepted a date and time was set for when the work could be carried out. Lee arrived on time and confirmed the work required. He looked professional in company badged clothing and was polite and approachable. He explained what he was going to do and then carried out the work efficiently. He left the work areas as clean and tidy as they were beforehand. The cost of the work was agreed beforehand and the invoice reflected the quote, no hidden charges and value for money. In all an excellent service for which I would not hesitate to recommend.

Lee has done lots of work for me over the years and can be 100% relied on to do a professional job every time. He is a perfectionist; plans the work in consultation with me and does a very professional, well thought out and considered job every time. He is meticulous in cleaning up, extremely helpful and makes sure that I'm completely happy with the work when it's complete. Fantastic guy - can't recommend highly enough.

Lee has been our electrician for years and has never let us down. This time we needed a dual plug socket put in a quite difficult area to get to in our kitchen behind our fridge and washing machine. As usual he did an excellent job and tidied up as always after also. The Invoice was as per the quote as always and despite it being harder than expected Lee said he would honour the quote despite me saying he could add a bit on to allow for this. He is excellent and very professional to deal with and no doubt we will use for many years to come.

I spotted Lee's van going to visit a neighbour and asked him to drop in as I had a small job that needed doing in the garden. When he did the work getting power from the garage to a water feature and installed some LED up-lighting for the garden. I was really amazed at the tidiness of the job and truthfully, I've never seen neater work by any other electrician ever! So, it made sense to ask Lee to install a RING doorbell and cameras around the house. Again, a top notch job from an OCD electrician...and I would recommend him to anyone who wants an electrical job done PROPERLY! I'd give him 6* if possible!

I cannot begin to thank the team enough for their help today. My six-year-old daughter broke her teeth and they were able to rebuild them and they look as good as new. Tawf, the dentist, and Hannah, the dental nurse were incredible. They were kind, professional , caring and made my daughter feel perfectly at ease. My dental journey with South Coast Implant & Cosmetic Dentist has been amazing from day one. After experiencing many issues with my implants placed in a different dental surgery I found dentists who were willing to help me. David Furze and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They listened attentively to my concerns, explained all procedures and options in detail, and addressed my previous implant issues with expertise. David's positive attitude and enthusiasm made the treatment process much easier. The atmosphere at the surgery is welcoming and friendly, and I always felt comfortable and at ease. Even though I had to travel two hours for my appointments, it was well worth it.

I am a very nervous patient following treatment received as a child in the 1960s. However, the treatment I received from Fernando for my dental implants was second to none. He is an excellent practitioner and has the ability to create an air of calm which would put any nervous patient at ease. Josh kindly fitted an implant nearly two years ago which I am very pleased with, I recently had an issue with the gum surrounding the implant. Josh and Tawf were able to quickly address the issue for which I am very grateful, the review was very thorough and I learned some useful tips on how to use interdental brushes.

I had 3 implants successfully inserted by Fernando a couple of years ago, without any pain. Recently I needed a deep cleansing treatment for gum disease over one tooth and again, I did not experience pain. Although I have private general dentistry, this is the only dental surgeon who has given injections without pain due to the use of a superior numbing agent beforehand. All the staff are very pleasant also. I can highly recommend this Centre.

Great service from Chris when I needed my lights repairing at home. Quick response to my enquiry, turned up on time and work completed swiftly. He also repaired a socket I had cracked at my business premises. Disruption to the power was minimal and work completed without any mess. On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. She also offered me lots of advice on how to keep my gums healthy. She was very lovely and welcoming!
