This was the second time that we have used Martin for electrical work. I was very impressed with the way he explained everything at point of estimate and was very prompt with his quote. The work was completed professionally and is very neat. All works completed have been signed off and I have received the relevant certificates. Martin responded to our call instantly and made arrangements to visit, to look at what was needed by us. His communication was good, usually by email, as this did not interfer with his working day. He was friendly and polite. His time keeping was excellent. Martin was very tidy and respectful of our home. Lee has done lots of work for me over the years and can be 100% relied on to do a professional job every time. He is a perfectionist; plans the work in consultation with me and does a very professional, well thought out and considered job every time. He is meticulous in cleaning up, extremely helpful and makes sure that I'm completely happy with the work when it's complete. Fantastic guy - can't recommend highly enough.

I spotted Lee's van going to visit a neighbour and asked him to drop in as I had a small job that needed doing in the garden. When he did the work getting power from the garage to a water feature and installed some LED up-lighting for the garden. I was really amazed at the tidiness of the job and truthfully, I've never seen neater work by any other electrician ever! So, it made sense to ask Lee to install a RING doorbell and cameras around the house. Again, a top notch job from an OCD electrician...and I would recommend him to anyone who wants an electrical job done PROPERLY! I'd give him 6* if possible!

I came across Pure Electric from an advertisement in the local news magazine and was impressed by the service information provided when compared to others. I then visited the website, which again I found very informative and easy to navigate through, and from there requested a time slot for a quote for the work I was looking to have carried out. Replacement of a light pendant, replacement of a plug socket and repair cooker hood extractor fan. By sending photographs of the work required this allowed for a quote to be made remotely. Once the quote had been accepted a date and time was set for when the work could be carried out. Lee arrived on time and confirmed the work required. He looked professional in company badged clothing and was polite and approachable. He explained what he was going to do and then carried out the work efficiently. He left the work areas as clean and tidy as they were beforehand. The cost of the work was agreed beforehand and the invoice reflected the quote, no hidden charges and value for money. In all an excellent service for which I would not hesitate to recommend.

Went to my final appointment with Dr Mark Brickley. He arranged for me to have a mouth brace made to help my sleep apnoea. It has worked better than we had all hoped so I do not have to use a CPAP machine at night. The overall cost was very reasonable and he has been extremely helpful. He has signed me off saying that I should not need to come back for about two years when I will need to have a new plastic brace made.

I visited the hygienist and as usual the ladies there made me feel totally at ease and were very friendly. I am really pleased with the advice given about teeth and gum care. I haven't been with the practice for very long but so far I am very pleased .

A good experience at South Coast Dental with Josh. Had a tooth implant here and was extremely nervous, from start to finish everything was explained fully, and support was given at every step by Josh, Tawny and team. Very professional and welcoming practice. Would highly recommend if you are considering a dental implant.

Josh kindly fitted an implant nearly two years ago which I am very pleased with, I recently had an issue with the gum surrounding the implant. Josh and Tawf were able to quickly address the issue for which I am very grateful, the review was very thorough and I learned some useful tips on how to use interdental brushes.

I had 3 implants successfully inserted by Fernando a couple of years ago, without any pain. Recently I needed a deep cleansing treatment for gum disease over one tooth and again, I did not experience pain. Although I have private general dentistry, this is the only dental surgeon who has given injections without pain due to the use of a superior numbing agent beforehand. All the staff are very pleasant also. I can highly recommend this Centre.

I cannot recommend Chris at Entrust enough. His knowledge is A1. His ideas and designs have the perfect balance to meet practical as well as aesthetic requirements. He is a very friendly and personable chap. He is very aware he is working in your home and we felt very comfortable leaving him to work independently and trusted him with keys to our property. His work standard is A1 as is his efficiency. His pricing matched his quotes and he went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were 100% happy with every aspect of his work. He was very tidy, always using dust sheets and vacuuming up after every visit. You wouldn't have known he'd even been here. We will never use anyone else. Do use Chris, you won't be disappointed.

We contacted Chris to install electrics and network cabling in our new office unit in Bristol. From the first meeting with Chris, all the way throughout the project, working with Chris was extremely collaborative and professional. Very happy with the standard of work Chris carried out. We had a new fuse box put in, sockets installed and a fault with our shower isolator remedied; all done efficiently and very neatly. As a very nervous dental patient, I cannot recommend Black Swan more highly. I am currently undergoing a course of treatment with Dooha who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also exceptionally understanding and human. I’ve been totally put at ease and feel genuinely cared for by the entire team. The reception staff are second to none, and play such a vital role in the whole experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else (it also helps that it also feels like you’re stepping into a 5* hotel when you enter the building!)

I have been a patient at Black Swan for several years and have found every part of the service to be exemplary from the Reception staff through to the Hygienists and Dentists. I recently had extensive and difficult work done to correct a problem and Ahmad was so understanding and spent considerable time and effort ensuring that I was happy with the result. I cannot imagine any of my previous dentists taking this amount of trouble. I feel confident in knowing that Ahmad and his team will always strive to choose the best treatment I need.
