Our downlighers in our lounge gave up just before Christmas. I called Mark and he managed to arrange for us. Professional service, great communication. Tidy job, good price, thanks to Mark and Jamie for carrying out the work.
Mark and all the guys at ER Electrical are absolutely fantastic. They’ve been helping us with our (long term) home renovation project and have always been so obliging no matter how big or small the job is. They give really great advice and work efficiently and always so tidy! They’re true professionals and know their stuff so we are definitely in safe hands. Mark is always super responsive and manages to slot us in often on short notice (despite being so busy). I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
I cannot fault Mark and his team, they are very professional, courteous and friendly and everything is carried out to a high standard. They are always reliable, trustworthy and charge a fair price. Joel and Jamie have carried out a few jobs for us and I can’t recommend them highly enough - I will definitely be using them again!
We were badly let down by another electrician & very stressed out as SSE and Octopus were booked to move our supply, when Mark came to our rescue. The work has been rebooked as SSE cancelled so not yet completed - will be our next review! - but Mark was there ready to step in and now we have more time he has come up with a common sense plan for the job that no other electrician had offered. Electrics are complicated to the lay person, but we now understand exactly what needs to happen so feel back in control and in safe hands. Professional, expert and friendly. Could not recommend Mark highly enough. THANK-YOU!
