Gary came out on his day off to sweep our chimney. Not only had he cleared years if not decades worth of debris that we weren’t aware of, he was extremely informative and helpful. He gave us recommendations and advice on maintenance and we feel a lot safer and confident now it has been cleared for us. He’s extremely professional and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him!

Booking was really straightforward online. Gary arrived right on time and did a great job of sweeping the chimney for my log burner, even though putting it back together was rather fiddly (who knew?). He also explained the principles of its workings and gave me advice on how best to care for it and keep it well ventilated during the summer months. There was no mess and I'd recommend Swept to anyone.

Brilliant!! I was extremely impressed with everything from start to finish. I was expecting to be on a huge waiting list at this time of year but managed to get an appointment quickly and was offered several times to suit me. I received quick responses to all my queries, and I appreciated the text reminders too. Gary was lovely and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend!

Gary came and swept the chimney and did full service and safety check . From the start of the process the communication is excellent quick response to appointment request , reminder of upcoming appointment sent and then Gary turns up to do a clean and tidy job. Very knowledgeable and happy to give tips and advice .

Great job done by Gary.we moved into the property on Fri afternoon and he came at 6pm that evening. Great communication throughout the booking process. No mess ..showed us the best way to get the most out our log burner. Will definitely be booking him next year. Thank you.
