Amazing company! I have 2 dogs and a white carpet! (Not the greatest pair)… I would go as far to say I am embarrassed by the colour it was due to the oils from my dogs fur! After trying to clean it myself and then hiring another company to come and clean it, it was still left very dirty! The previous company took 2 hours trying to clean it with not much luck, I was made to feel scruffy and still left with a dirty carpet! I was then very reluctant to get someone else in but I’m so glad I found fresh start…. They have been amazing from start to finish. My carpet is now finally clean! The chap who came to do it was so kind and professional, never once did he make me feel bad about the state of my carpet. Excellent service my carpet looks like new thanks to Vinny who was very professional and kind. I got let down by another person for getting my carpet cleaned and it turned out to be a blessing as Fresh start carpet came 2 days later right on time and did a better job than anyone I have used before. Amazing service...they came out within 20 minutes and got rid of the paint on the carpet. So relieved as I don't have to make an insurance claim. For an emergency turnout I think £50 was both affordable and well worth the money. The technician took great pains to get every last spot of paint off.

Top service I got in contact with maj about doing some decorating and I was astonished how great the paint work looked immaculate to very high standard, also it was at a affordable reasonable price compared to other decorators out their charging a fortune. I first used Pay As You Go Cleaning for a kitchen deep clean when moving house. They did an excellent job.The service was professional and before they left they were insistent that I check everywhere was satisfactory. I was very impressed and got them back to decorate the kitchen including painting kitchen cupboards. Again the job was excellent. Maj gave good advice on paint and paint colours and I am really pleased with how nice the kitchen looks. I would definitely recommend this company.

I honestly think it was a bit of a miracle I found Maj’s number. My mum had been taken into hospital and it gave us the opportunity of getting her house sorted and decorated before she returned. We needed a superb fast job on cleaning the house ( it was in a bad state) and redecorating many areas/rooms to get it back in good shape for her. Travelling to and from Harrogate to look after mum I needed someone I could trust with the keys and just run with the job and I couldn’t have found anyone better than Maj and his team. He kept me updated with pictures, called to check if I was happy. Added extra nice touches, bolts on outside doors, door stoppers you name it to make sure it was perfect. Offered to do all the garden so everything looked amazing for her return. Out of all the jobs we had to get done his was the only job I didn’t have to man mark and didn’t have to chase. Such a relief. In a very stressful few weeks he took the stress away and just delivered. Unbelievably wowed by his service and care for my mum. He was a god send to us. This is the first time I have ever used a window cleaner. I was certainly skeptical as I did not know what to expect, but John did a remarkable job on a end terraced front to back house. He provided excellent communication throughout. Prior to arrival I received a text which was super helpful. Despite living on a main road the work was carried out without any difficulty.
