Amazing company! I have 2 dogs and a white carpet! (Not the greatest pair)… I would go as far to say I am embarrassed by the colour it was due to the oils from my dogs fur! After trying to clean it myself and then hiring another company to come and clean it, it was still left very dirty! The previous company took 2 hours trying to clean it with not much luck, I was made to feel scruffy and still left with a dirty carpet! I was then very reluctant to get someone else in but I’m so glad I found fresh start…. They have been amazing from start to finish. My carpet is now finally clean! The chap who came to do it was so kind and professional, never once did he make me feel bad about the state of my carpet. I also received a follow up call the next day making sure I was still happy now my carpets have dried! Excellent customer service, Excellent cleaning and Excellent price! I would 1000% recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet or upholstery cleaning! Thank you again guys!

Excellent service my carpet looks like new thanks to Vinny who was very professional and kind. I got let down by another person for getting my carpet cleaned and it turned out to be a blessing as Fresh start carpet came 2 days later right on time and did a better job than anyone I have used before. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing service...they came out within 20 minutes and got rid of the paint on the carpet. So relieved as I don't have to make an insurance claim. For an emergency turnout I think £50 was both affordable and well worth the money. The technician took great pains to get every last spot of paint off.

Recently used fresh start carpet cleaners to do a much needed clean of my sofa and armchair. They did a fab job! It was really easy to book with them and they communicated well before coming so I knew what to expect. The guy turned up on time, was friendly and respectful of our home.
