Using Preen and Clean is so much easier than my last window cleaner. I love being able to pay online and not scurrying around for cash. Being messaged before they come to clean the windows is very helpful. They do a great job on our windows, they're clean and shiny in no time.

We have been Preen and Clean customers for a few years now and cannot fault them one bit. They regularly clean our windows and always leave them sparkling. Their technicians are very friendly and courteous. Whenever we have needed to get I. Touch their office staff have always been very friendly. Overall we have had years of excellent service from these guys and look forward to many more.

We have used Preen and Clean multiple times and always have a great service. The only issue we had was a new member of staff accident cleaned our neighbours windows and not hours. I was able to call and this was rectified the same day without any issue. All the staff we have come in to contact with are exceptionally polite. They reliably do a great job and we will continue to use them in the future.

When our previous excellent window cleaner sold his business the new guys stopped cleaning our window frames. There are plenty of window cleaning companies that work on our street so I watched a few of them do cleans and saw they were all pretty thorough. It was the Preen & Clean hot water system that stood out for me and a year in our windows, frames and doors are consistently clean. Communication is excellent with an email and/or text the day before and a message straight after the clean . If they can't make the date we get an apology and usually a message the next working day with a new date. Great all-round service I happily recommend if asked.

Really delighted with the roof clean on our house today. The team really grafted from 8.30am until 5pm and it was amazing how much miss and dirt came off our roof. I cannot recommend Reach To Clean enough. We switched from another local company and the difference in service is significant. We know when to expect them, they do a thorough job of cleaning our windows, service is professional yet friendly, prices are very reasonable and paying is easy - no need to have the right amount of cash in the house. We recently asked them to clean our fascia’s too and we’re very pleased with the result. 5 star service.

Booked Jet clean Yorkshire to clean my roof as it was covered in moss & algae etc.& I'm-so glad I did as the discovered sone loose & broken tiles; they offered to replace them & also reset a coping stone… They cleaned the roof & were professional throughout including cleaning up …every bit of mess made from the roof I was tgat impressed I asked them to power wash the block paving & drains around the house….have had many comments about how great it looks… we’ll done lads…100% recommend cheers

A very professional service, which gives peace of mind at a difficult time. I used T & M to clear my late dad’s house, which was a significant job in a 4-bedroom property full to the rafters. They did an amazing job, including the sheds and even the loft. I was far away at the time, but they kept me informed on their progress and sent photos. Brilliant service carpets are like brand new and smell lovely. Got rid of all the stains which I had already tried cleaning myself with a carpet cleaner so I wasn’t hopeful that these weren’t going to go but they did. Will be using again for my bedroom carpets and rest of my stairs. Thanks 🤩
