Realised our nearly new extractor wasn’t up to job installed by another ‘local expert’. Kitchen full of grease and smoke. Called these guys. Gabriel always half hour early and recommended to change fan and the flue. Quite expensive. But. The results are amazing. The work completed is top class, the service is top class, the kitchen staff now complain they are cold due to the huge vacuum from the extraction it’s so powerful hahahah. Cleaning of the extractor is all the way up the flue, how I don’t know. An amazing service and a customer to Gabriel and his team of experts for life. A hell of a lot of work for the quoted price so it’s not expensive when you get it done correctly.

I made a emergency call out to Made 2 Shine as our extraction fan was seizing up. A friendly man called Dragos answered my call and took down details and asked for a short video of the issue. He then told me he would be with me for 2pm. Come 1:30pm Dragos has arrived and ready to start the job. He straight away diagnosed the problem and quoted me a very reasonable price for the fix which i was surprised at(He could have asked for anything and i would have agreed as i did not want to close my business). After further talks with Dragos he suggested if i wanted he could offer me a better solution to the fix, again this made total sense and i went with his expertise. He did a slight fix on the extraction system which seen us through the shift for the day and returned with a brand new fan and system which was a offer that i could not refuse. I then booked out a duct clean with his company and i must say, I've had several cleaners in the past but no one as professional and dedicated as these guys, they were at the premises before me and started on the external jobs before i arrived. After using Dragos and his team at Made 2 Shine, i now know I've been getting ripped off all this time by other similar companies who promise the job but can't do it to the high standard. One off the guys literally went into the canopy to get to the non reachable areas!! I was happy with the quotes and more impressed by the professionalism, matters and dedication these guys do there job with and will recommend to all the people and companies i network with. My extraction system i brand literally brand new now. Dragos my friend you have a customer for life now. Thank you so much. 🙏👍🙏👍

Drago was very helpful from our first meeting. He measured up for a bespoke extraction system within our restaurant kitchen. Build time was efficient and the installation even more so. Drago's team worked tirelessly to keep the installation time down to a minimum, as naturally we closed for the works to be completed. Drago was very understanding of having minimal disruption to the business. We will be using made2shine again for other projects and annual maintenance on the extraction system. We can highly recommend.
