Can’t recommend Nick highly enough. Service is excellent. I received a polite non-sales reminder email that my stove and chimney were due for service, which was great as I’d forgotten. Great communication and flexibility to accommodate my change in appointment and a super clean job performed. Nick fully explains what he’s done, and any issues found with possible causes and remedies. Certificates issued via email and A thoroughly professional service start to finish. Also….. he’s a very pleasant and personable chap too.

Nick did an excellent job for us (log burner dismantled, cleaned, checked and reassembled, and chimney swept plus checked with camera) and the service provided was really thorough and professional. He was very knowledgeable and we shall certainly continue to use his company.

First time I’ve used Nick and what a difference to my previous sweep! He was so thorough,spending two hours dismantling , cleaning and lubricating the moving parts then checking with a smoke test, even checking the carbon monoxide detector. A very polite and knowledgeable man,can’t recommend him enough!

Second time Nick has swept our chimneys and can't recommend enough. He is extremely knowledgeable and that rare breed of tradesperson that takes complete pride in their work. The work is carried out to the highest of standard and with a level of tidiness that I have never seen before. We needed some additional reassurance about an old flu liner and he carefully inspected it for any sign of deterioration. You can't take chances where fire safety is concerned and I genuinely believe you won't find a better service, professional to the end. The price is extremely reasonable for the time and effort Nick puts in. Thanks for your continued service Nick.
