I can’t praise Paul and the team enough. My house is spotless after Ellie has been - she’s always so lovely, doesn’t make a fuss or get in the way - even when all 4 of us are here, probably getting in her way! Ellie has been coming for over 2 years now and she’s my life saver, with working full time and 2 young kids to manage, she takes away the stresses of keeping up with the house work. I would definitely recommend her and the team.

Ellie carries out a weekly clean. She is punctual, brings all her own equipment and products (which are great quality). She carries out a full clean, working round the animals! It is such a treat to come home when I know she has been. Very professional and all with a smile!!

I have been using Hawes & Co for a couple of years and have no hesitation in recommending. After some extremely questionable professionalism from another local company, it was a great relief to meet Ellie, from Hawes & Co. She is consistently punctual, trustworthy professional and always communicates clearly in the rare event that she isn't able to come. I have always been offered the option of someone else coming if Ellie is on holiday. When I first approached Hawes & Co, I was concerned to find someone able to cope with my two large dogs. Paul was very reassuring about this, and Ellie has always been great with them, taking even the slightly bonkers younger one in her stride. Again, I couldn't recommend highly enough!
