I was made aware of Bambu Window Cleaning when one of their representatives called and explained the service they provided. They have been excellent - and while they are probably more expensive than you normal 'man with a chamois', like everything you get what you pay for! They have a brilliant communication process - sending texts to notify when they are coming and providing invoices electronically, while seamlessly using Direct Debits to save all the payment hassle. I have been at home when they have come to do the job and have observed a very professional cleaning service - can always see the difference when the windows have been done... which is not always the case with others I have used! Highly recommended.

I've only been with bambu for a few months but I can honestly say that they are the best company I've used. Always punctual, very thorough with the window cleaning and most importantly to me, they Always shut the gate when they go. I've had my French bulldogs running round the street several times when previous company's have left it open. Also a very easy payment system. Highly recommended

Great service, 1st clean (not been done by anyone for 4+ years) struggled with some of the amassed grease/dirt on 1 window. They came back and redid the window for free. Always let me know when arriving, always do a good job, whilst being quick.

I highly recommend Bambü. They send a text to let you know when they're in the area and the operatives are polite and friendly and always do a brilliant job of the windows and upvc. The service is cashless which is really convenient as I never had any money on me /wasn't in when my previous window cleaners called round and ended up owing them a small fortune, with Bambü they send you an invoice and the money comes off your debit card. The customer service from Francis is also superb. All in all I'm really pleased with the service, it's simple and painless and excellent all round 💯

Nice professional set up. Always send a reminder before a visit then a prompt invoice and direct debit. If we are not in, they leave a note to say they've been - handy when you've just got back from holiday and are wondering why they've taken a direct debit! Would recommend.
