Excellent service. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to messages. Did a fantastic job on our living room carpet, rug and sofa, which had lots of stains from young children. They went from looking tired to brand new and smelling lovely

Exceptional service, from start to finish. Matt was very knowledgeable about the different carpet types and thorough with the job. We had a few spots visible after the carpets had dried and he returned quickly to go over these again. We are so pleased with the end result. Will definitely be getting our carpets cleaned again by this company and would highly recommend them.

We had our sofa suite cleaned by Matt after it had become quite grubby looking over the last few years. After contacting Matt for an opinion on it with photos, he gave a lot of appreciated opinion and shared his expertise on things that should and shouldn’t be done yourselves when looking at cleaning sofas. Matt was very punctual on the day, in fact he turned up early and whilst here, was very friendly and talked us through everything with patience. He also cleaned our stair carpets whilst here which was much needed after various home DIY. The sofas look a lot better and the carpets in particular, look like different carpets since they get a lot of traffic. It’s clear Matt knows his stuff and the unique equipment he has for this work is definitely a plus point. He’s a very tidy worker also. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Fabricmax again and would thoroughly recommend.

The carpets were grafted before they were cleaned and now the carpets look like new, I'm over the moon with the results. He was one of the most down to earth people I’ve ever met and took the time to explain everything to me. The whole process was smooth and I’ve already recommended him to a few people at work and would recommend him to anyone else.
