Always pleased with my clean and I like that I usually get continuity with my usual housekeeper. B&B was the best decision I have made regarding cleaning services and I have been with them for 6years.

To say I was blown away by how much they did and the standard to which they did it is an understatement. I've never had any help like that before, and I was so touched that I cried in the end. THANK YOU Charmaine, Shannon, Rachel and Alice! I needed to find someone to help me by cleaning my parent's house. I was even more nervous as this job was for someone I love, and it's a very personal thing allowing people to come into your space and all the considerations that come with that and even more so if you're asking someone to come into your family home. After a search on Google and a good read of the reviews, I found a few companies that looked good, and Bright and Beautiful Wolverhampton were one of them. Charmaine stood out instantly with her knowledge and professionalism. I asked an awful lot of questions, especially as I needed to be very careful about all the bugs that are around at this time of year for health reasons. She answered everything with ease, and she was so helpful - she didn't once make me feel stupid or like I was being a nuisance, as she understood this was a big deal for me. She came out exactly when she said she would to have a look and provide me with a proper quotation. She was as helpful and professional in person as she was on the phone and I was really happy with the plan for the day of the clean that she put together. On the day, Charmaine came in person, together with Shannon, Rachel and Alice. They all showed such respect for everyone in the property, changing into inside shoes before they started work. They had a team meeting to agree on who would do what prior to starting, and they were so well organised. From the moment they started to when they finished, Shannon, Rachel and Alice all worked tirelessly and meticulously. Not only that, they all came with such a good vibe, I could tell they genuinely liked working together, so much so you could feel it inside the house. They clearly all really care so much about what they do and who they're doing it for. They were so kind and professional. I booked for an end of tenancy clean. Unfortunately the previous tenants hadn’t left the property in a good state. The girls came in and worked wonders on my house, ready for the new tenants to move in. Brilliant service from the cleaners, along with great customer service from Charmaine & Hayley. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bright & Beautiful again in the future.
