First class service. Ladies that arrived to do deep clean knew what they were doing and just got on with the job very professionally. Asked when not sure. Would thoroughly recommend. Booking was really easy/helpful too

Merry Maids have been cleaning for me for many years. My current team of Fiona and Anne are the best, absolutely brilliant! It's wonderful to arrive home after they've been as they leave everywhere glistening and shining. They are without doubt the best team that have ever cleaned for me and I notice if they are off or on holiday. Besides being great cleaners, they are both lovely and trustworthy people.

We've had excellent service over many years from Merrymaids, but then again we always get the A-team (Krishna and Lynn)! Apart from doing a consistently excellent job, they are always approachable and friendly which is important to us.

I have had Merrymaids to do my cleaning for a few years now and I am totally satisfied with my two ladies Holly and Kim. They do an excellent job every time they come and regular callers often remarked on how clean and pleasant my home is. My bathroom comes in for special praise and my daughter always knows when my ladies have been because she says there is always a fresh, clean smell in my bungalow. The bedding is changed and washed every time they come and I didn't have to ask them to do it.They do extras such as wash my mop, make me a drink and carefully clean around any spiders they find because I don't like to kill them. They always have time for a chat, which I enjoy and I regard them as friends. My bill is the same each fortnight and not by the hour, which I particularly like and Holly and Kim never rush but make sure everything is gleaming and clean. When I was taken into hospital as an emergency at the beginning of 2024 the girls came to clean as we never thought to stop them so they quietly let themselves in and cleaned the bungalow in their usual efficient way which proved how trustworthy they were; this is so important. I feel very fond of these ladies and I consider myself very lucky to have them; they are great and I don't know how they do such a good job each time. I would recommend anyone who wants a cleaner to have Merry Maids of Solihull but you can't have my two wonderful ladies; they are the best and a credit to their Company.

Best decision I’ve ‘maid’ in a long while. House clean every two weeks gives us time back at weekends. Anne and Fiona are really friendly, a joy to chat with and leave the house immaculate. Would definitely recommend.
