Nicky was very helpful and efficient in looking at and sorting out a leak in my parents-in-laws house and also has excellent customer service skills. We asked him to carry out other work to resolve gutter problems on both our house and our parents-in-law's house, plus some roofing repair. Nicky and Luke did an excellent job, worked hard and quickly but also ensuring the work was carried out to a high standard and that everything was tidy after they'd finished. They are both friendly and great to work with, and from now on Surrey Roofing Group will be the first people that I will call to resolve roofing or similar issues.

We needed a roofing company to replace and redirect some zinc guttering that was feeding water onto a flat roof and causing water ingress into our property. I spent ages researching companies and got a few quotes but only Surrey Roofing Group seemed bothered about listening to what we wanted. Nicholas visited the property and provided a reasonable quote promptly and then went to great lengths to source the exact same products so they would match what was already fitted. We had a nightmare start to the Christmas holidays with a roof leak that had spread across 2 levels. Nicholas responded to my query on Christmas Eve and provide some more info across the next few days to manage the situation. Came out, did the work that needed to be done and it's stopped the leak. We Used Surrey Roofing services to remove a build up of moss on the roof and to remove a nest under the solar panels. They were friendly and professional, they worked hard and left the roof in excellent condition and the surrounding paths and garden spotless. This work was done by hand using ladders with no need for scaffolding. We wanted the roof to keep a "lived in look" and not to appear brand new. I would thoroughly recommend the company."
