What a service! Our roof is a real challenge, and our gutters were not only full of all sorts, they were also in desperate need of repair. The GCS team were fantastic and did a perfect job! Before & after pics below.

What went well: Really pleased with the result! Full roof clean and biocide treatment has restored the tiles to nearly new. Friendly tidy team. Recommended for the result. Even better if: Job wasn't rescheduled. Impact of sick leave was communicated better. 2 week delay on completion didn't happen. Invoice demanding payment wasnt auto sent by Quickbooks when the job wasn't finished.

My dad is 94, he had an 'incontinence accident' on the carpet, which he spread upstairs. Spent a week trying 3 people from AgeConcern, first guy came round, but never got back in touch when he found out it was 'poo'. 2nd and 3rd guys never phoned back, so we went to Checkatrade and found GCS. Spoke to Lorraine on the phone, sent pics, got a quote very quickly, booked in the next day. Bruno came round, he was brilliant. Phoned to let us know he could be early, he also did the entire staircase (in same price) when all we asked was for the upstairs landing and downstairs hallway. What more can you say 10/10, thank you so much.

I recently used GCS cleaning, I had Bruno come to do my carpets for me and it was honestly like coming home to new carpets. 3 children in a flat isn’t for the faint hearted. I definitely thought my carpets were cleaner than what they were until Bruno came! Thanks so much, will deffo use again

I recently used Jamie and his team at GCS Services to clear a large amount of garden rubbish from my back garden, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Initially, I was going to tackle it myself, but I remembered how much of a hassle it can be, so I decided to call in the professionals. From start to finish, the team was fantastic. They were incredibly polite and respectful throughout the process, even though all the rubbish had to be carried through our house due to us not having side access. What really impressed me was how clean they left everything—there was no mess left indoors, and outside you wouldn’t have even known there had been any rubbish there to begin with! The job was done to an exceptionally high standard, which is rare when it comes to garden rubbish clearance—there’s usually something left behind, but not with GCS Services.
