Highly recommend Mike, great communication, easy to book in with, prompt. Very knowledgeable and listened to what we needed, which was a good clean of very well used carpets (dog as a puppy had had accidents and cats. Carpets were given a great clean with professional equipment and chemicals and deodorised. We are delighted with the results and will definitely keep on top of our carpets by booking in at least yearly with Mike. Thank you for the great job, it’s made a huge difference to us. (Photos show shadows from furniture- not marks on carpet.) Also bonus being super dog friendly which helped our nervous dog.

Would highly recommend. I rang Mike first thing in the morning regarding a carpet stain and he was round to have a look a couple of hours later. Unfortunately it was determined the stain couldn’t be removed but he had a go and didn’t charge anything for a call out fee or for his advice. Will be coming back if we ever need anything else in future!

Very friendly and professional. Sofas and rugs lovely and clean afterwards. Noticed part of our carpet that we weren’t having cleaned and our door mat were a bit grubby and cleaned them free of charge. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing service and fabulous results. Mike was incredibly kind and friendly. Passionate about his work and his customers. He was responsive and accommodating to the tight schedule I gave. Excellent cleaning service, very thorough for end of tenancy deep clean. No trace was left, every cupboard and drawer cleaned, skirting boards inside windows, the lot. Would give CSI a hard time! But on a serious note I highly recommend. They were punctual despite traffic, available at short notice and did not disappoint.

We came across Simon's details from a Google search, & saw he was local, & always try & support local businesses where we can. We had considerably blocked guttering on a large Grade II listed building, & Simon's work was fantastic. Arrived on time, worked autonomously & efficiently, cleaned up after himself, & most importantly did a fantastic job, and exceptionally well priced! So much so, that we're now using Simon to clean our windows at home! 100% can highly recommend.

Simon offers a fantastic service! Having our windows cleaned is effortless, we're on his repeat round, so just get a message when he's coming and it's all sorted. Absolutely amazing service from Ashley. Turned up on time and did a great job. Ashley did an end of tenancy clean for me, including bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, oven etc etc. He was completely flexible when the landlord showed up making life difficult for everyone and getting in the way and even worked around the removals company moving my stuff out. Cleaned the bathroom and kitchen/oven and left it looking like it had just been fitted. He was cheerful, did a good job and didn't do the standard "give it a wipe down and look clean". Would 100% recommend Ashley Haynes cleaning to anyone for any kind of cleaning.

Ashley completed an end of tenancy clean and equivalent clean of our new house. He was friendly, professional and turned up on time! He went out of his way to assist us in moving heavy appliances out of the property which was beyond our expectations. The quality of the clean was excellent and where our landlord was overly picky he promptly returned to complete the identified jobs. We received our full deposit back as promised and would definitely recommend him.

We had an end of tenancy clean and the end result is incredible. It was spotless, smelled fresh and overall look amazing. We barely recognised the place! Ashley was so friendly and professional as well. He always responded to me quickly even when I had last minute questions and on the day he was on time and really personable.
