I went in for the first time recently as one of my favorite trousers ripped (I'm new to the area) and the service was great which was my first good impression. Additionally it was done in a short time and very very well!! I was quite pleasantly surprised. Already brought in a few more items, one of which I thought would never be repaired as I had tried a couple other places before and had been told no dice!!! Really happy with everything and now I can wear my favorite jacket again

Amazing service and always quick and very precise. I know I can trust this place with anything and never worry when I like a piece of clothing that doesn't fit very well as I know exactly who to go to to get it fixed. This place is very important to me and I wish them lots of business because they deserve it!!

The staff are so lovely and the prices are super affordable. I had a zip replacement on a pair of jeans and the lovely lady was able to do it in a few hours. Thank you so much for your service and will definitely be using you in the future ❤️

Absolutely made up with what they’ve been able to do for my dress. It was so big (everywhere imaginable) and I had limited expectations because the material isn’t the best, but these women have made it look great. It’s also now more functional and re-wearable as the sleeves detach! They’re very experienced and will advise you what’s possible based on what you want the item to look like. For me, it was £40 for the alterations (length, corset, pin the waist), making the sleeves detachable with a button, and putting a new zip & hook in the back. I was able to collect in 6 days. She even made a few more stitches when I arrived to try it on to make sure it looked perfect. £10-15 if you only need hems shortening I think. Would recommend them to anyone 🙌🏻

I took my sons coat to a well known dry cleaning/alterations service, my son had a small rip on the arm of his coat. They advised it would cost £10.95 to mend, I’d be able to see the stitching and it would take 4-6 weeks. Instead I brought it here, it cost £8 and you would never know the coat had ever been repaired it is that good and they had it back to me the next day!! Fantastic service!!!
