Just had Mark round again to clean our chimney , Wouldn’t use anyone else ! Always found him to be a reliable , prompt , very clean and polite worker . He gives good advice to help and is very safety conscious which I for one am glad as it ensures everything is running safely for me and my family ! Absolutely fantastic service. Mark is the nicest trades person I have come across in a long time, he came out too my house out of hours to help me as I could not get anyone local to help. He went above and beyond to make sure my chimney was cleaned properly for the first time in its life, he even waited 10 minutes for my daughter to get home so she could make the traditional “see the sweeps brush lucky wish”. The job ended up being much much bigger than first thought and he ended up work on my chimney for 4 hours and at the end of it he still invoiced for the agreed amount despite the job being 10 times bigger. He even cleaned up and insisted on not leaving until everywhere was as clean as when he started. I can honestly say after the effort and results I will 100% have him back to do the remaining 6 chimneys that are in the same state. By far the best service you will receive, I will not recommend anyone other sweep from now on.

Mark arrived on time and immediately covered up everything. Very clean and attentive to detail. Gave a lot of sound advice. Obviously knew his subject. Very polite gentleman, he had a very well deserved cup of tea, which he drank whilst cleaning away. Altogether a very good service, fast and efficient. Would definitely use him again.
