The owner, Mike, is usually on site himself Mon-Sat. When he isn’t there he hes very competent employees.Mike has gone above and beyond his duties on a number of occasions for me, including helping with some awkward furniture and taking shopping in for me

I have to say Baileys Cleaning are absolutely fantastic. Mike looks after the site at Romana Square brilliantly. I have owed a property there for a number of years and the the development has been kept to the highest level thanks to Mike and his team. If I ever require any help, Mike is always there to assist unconditionally. Highly recommend them and lucky to have them looking after our site. Professional.

I have been a resident for the last 10 years at a site in which Mike manages fantastically! He goes above & beyond and definitely keeps all communal areas maintained to the highest of standards. I have used Exclusive Pro Cleaning for around 2.5 years for my short stays. They never fail to impress me. The girls are hard working,experienced, polite and always do a fantastic job. Zee is so professional, and i can not thank her enough. She is always there to sort out any last-minute cleans. I have used many cleaning companies in the past, but this is the far most best company I have ever used, hence why I still, to this day, use them. Having recently moved to a new house, all the windows, fascias, soffits, gutters and conservatory were in desperate need of a thorough clean. Prompt to respond to messages, did a good job cleaning my gutters and the surrounding areas, answering all my questions about the process. Was also happy to venture up his ladders a couple more times to secure a couple of loose roof-edgings for no extra charge. A good man for the job!

Absolutely love this dry cleaner. You wouldn’t believe the state of my white jacket, it had been trampled on and make up thrown over it but this dry cleaner in Sale really got all the stains out. I’m so impressed, I even tried to tip them but they didn’t let me as they said they take pride in their work. Highly recommend their cleaning services and I’ll definitely be back!

Another cleaning company let me down on the day of my scheduled end of tenancy clean so I called around companies in Manchester and managed to get a clean scheduled for the next morning with this company. I was sent a confirmation email promptly with all the details of my booking confirmed correctly. The next morning, the cleaner called me 30 minutes before he was due to arrive as agreed and arrived at the property at the exact time promised. Both cleaners were courteous and required little from me before they got to work cleaning the house. As agreed, they text me 30 minutes before they were due to leave so I could get back to the property to meet them. I was very impressed with what they managed to achieve in 4 1/2 hours. I was particularly pleased with the carpets considering the stains which were on them previously and the oven looked brand new! I was asked to put on shoe covers before inspecting the house, once satisfied, I paid the cleaners and they went on their way. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company and this crew in particular. Would definitely use this company again - reliable, prompt, thorough and £60 cheaper than my previous booking! Thank you

I think the big difference I've noticed is that Helpful Home is a proper business. Because they have a number of cleaners on their books, we've never missed a cleaning slot and never been let down at the last minute. They're also incredibly responsive to feedback. We had one occasion where we felt that an area of the house hadn't received a thorough enough clean and we had an immediate response followed by a visit from the cleaning quality manager who reviewed, cleaned and then worked with their team to make sure the service was delivered to the correct standard on subsequent cleans. So far we're really happy - I think there are probably cheaper options out there, but we really value the consistency, ease, punctuality and professionalism of the team.

We've been using Helpful Home for a couple of years now. We've used other companies before and been let down, but we've never been let down by Helpful Home. We get timeslots for arrival the day of the clean, the staff are all friendly and thorough, their work is excellent and they're very honest and upfront about their fees. They let us know holidays are coming and proactively try to rearrange around them if needed. It takes all the stress away.

We contacted FirstMaid Cleaners as our tenant left the property in a huge mess. The cleaners were doing a great job, cleared out all the rubbish and cleaned the entire apartment thoroughly. Pawel is very responsive and we had a good communication in between. After all we are very happy with the cleaning service they provided.
