Hi Poppies, We had our usual clean today, and I just wanted to send some feedback. We’ve had Emma for a few months now, and she always does a very thorough job. She’s flexible & always happy to do different things when asked, which helps - we have a Labrador, who recently started wiping his muddy paws on the walls! We were moving out and hired the Poppies' team to clean some rooms in the house. They were brilliant from the start. They did a great job and left the house very clean. We would highly recommend them.

I needed a last-minute move-out cleaning for my flat, and Dan was quick to help me schedule it. My supervisor, Kamila, was much more thorough than I expected. She took her time to explain her process and how long it would likely take. Kamila ensured that all areas were addressed and was very professional throughout.
