Terri provides an efficient, competent and thorough service, leaving my house immaculate from top-to-bottom. I am especially grateful she uses effective natural and organic detergents and cleaning products, given I have a young puppy and often receive guests with children, so would not want toxic-bleached surfaces. I can't think what a state we'd be in without her!
