George was a pleasure to deal with right from first point of contact through to carrying out the work required. He did a fantastic job on our carpets, bringing them back to a like new condition and also managed to remove a stubborn stain we tried many times to remove ourselves. The service provided by Aspire was exemplorary. Not only were the team efficient beyond my capabilities, but the sensitivity applied and the understanding of trauma and its impact was made non judgemental. Jayne and team were very responsive and respectful with their communication, both in arranging the service and also offering ongoing updates. The task, though overwhelming for myself, was carried out with ease; despite little instruction. I am greatly impressed by the service to our humanity and will remember always the rescue mission carried out. The time it took seemed impossible.
