Great experience using Phil and jack there quality of work is outstanding! they managed to squeeze me in between jobs as my fence had blown down.would definitely recommend and I will be using them again for future projects

We had our kitchen and balustrade completed by Elite Installations last year. I can honestly say that having Phil complete all the work, manage any other work needed (electrics, plumbing etc.) was amazing! I can't recommend Elite Installations and Joinery Ltd ('Elite') highly enough. I instructed Elite to remove my existing metal handrail and bannisters and replace them with oak. Philippe was quick to reply to messages from the beginning to the end of the project. He was proactive in making suggestions and providing alternatives to work around my budget and "vision". Throughout the project, Philippe kept me regularly updated on progress. He was keen to ensure that everything was exactly how I wanted it, but was also willing to offer his own suggestions gleaned from experience. I genuinely valued this input - I have absolutely no idea about the intricacies of the construction of bannisters (although I've heard of Roger Bannister if that counts?). The house was left clean and tidy at the end of every day. Philippe was personable, trustworthy and went the extra mile. The quality of the finished work was fantastic and the know-how shared (including recommended treatments for the wood post-install) brought real added value to the service - a service which was already good value for money. By instructing Elite, you will be (in my opinion) in a safe pair of hands.

We could not be more pleased with the work completed by Phil. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy every step of the way. He was able to come up with creative solutions and finish them to the highest possible standard. Phil was respectful of our home and kept all the spaces clean and tidy throughout.
