I’ve visited this restaurant many times, and they never fail to impress. They are always accommodating to my specific weird requests, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. On my most recent visit, my daughter ordered the lamb chops, and she couldn’t stop raving about them. She said they were absolutely amazing, and incredibly filling. The portion size was generous, and the quality was top-notch. Last week, I tried their old-school cake with custard, and honestly words can’t even describe how good it was! Pure nostalgia in every bite, with the perfect balance of sweetness and warmth. It was comforting, delicious, and the ultimate treat. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff are always friendly and attentive. Whether it’s breakfast or lunch, this place always delivers. Highly recommended.

Got recommended by a friend who got the All Day Breakfast which looked amazing in the photos so I had to go ASAP. Went today and got the Chicken Strips and Chips and it was excellent. Strips were amazing, seasoned really well, and the fries were spot on. Great portion size. Definitely coming back here more often to order some hot drinks and do some work here. Food is all halal as well which is awesome. Very cosy decor as well. The chef and the staff are such lovely people and talkative, really put a smile on my face. Thank you guys!

We enjoyed everything about our visit to Café 101. The dishes were beautifully presented, the atmosphere was lively yet relaxing, and the service was impeccable. We really felt valued as customers and went home with full stomachs. I also would like to compliment the deco, it looks brilliant! A complete experience, will definitely be visiting again!

Lovely family run cafe. We had the Costeleta de Porco and Polvo à Lagareiro and both were delicious! We purchased some seasoning in their in store shop, to try and recreate the dishes at home. The service is great and all the staff were so friendly. We’ll definitely be going back

Gorety is a gorgeous little hidden Cafe. I used to have my parcels delivered here to start with and I watched the cafe grow and expand over the space of a year. All staff are so friendly and make you feel like family. I always get their iced coffees. They have every syrup you will ever need. Hazelnut is my favourite 👌🏼 All food is cooked fresh and served with love. I really enjoy the full breakfast. Eggs, chorizo, ham, tomato, lovely soft fresh bread, beans and cheese. Really is 20/10. You must try 🤌🏼

It is a cosy space with friendly service and delicious food. I recommend the alheira, octopus (Polvo a Lagareiro), Francesinha and the fish soup. You can also buy some Portuguese and Brazilian groceries at affordable prices and enjoy the beautiful view of the Canal.

Steve came out as an emergency on a late winter evening and within minutes had secured a temporary fix. He returned less than 2 days later on a Saturday to renew an ancient consumer unit. My favourite place in Coventry / the country. Such a nice venue used for such a great social-political cultural motivation. Love it being vegan, love it being affordable, love it being so eventful, kind and beautiful.💚 Went to a zine making workshop for free and was provided with wonderful free food and coffee and met amazing people — feel so spoiled. EXCELLENT affordable coffee, friendly service. Tastefully minimalist décor with acceptable lighting, no thanks to the tired filament light bulb aesthetic now prevalent in every new hipster-attracting establishment. If anyone from the café reads this: please clean your tables between customers!

I would say this is one of the most fabulous Indian Curry restaurants I have had the pleasure of eating at. Service was polite and timely with food coming out at the appropriate time. Delicious food with little extras along the way. Atmosphere is cosy and pretty. I would travel to come here again.

Visited the Lucky Lounge Cafe after seeing a positive review here on Google Maps. I wasn't disappointed it is indeed a 'hidden gem' I had the Greek Platter for 2. Great portion sizes! Hey Amazing Electricians, We are very pleased with Johnny’s workmanship and ease of conversing with him today whilst he completed the work. Nothing was ever a problem during the 2 visits to the house. Finalising took around an hour. Overall, clean, tidy, honest, friendly from the quotation visit with Johnny and James. You were the fastest to have provided the quotation and follow up. The other competition were either not friendly or helpful or even after a quotation visit, didn’t provide a quote or show interest. I wasn’t hounded by Amazing Electricians after deciding to think about it and wait for other electrician quotations to come in. Once decided, I called through to the office and spoke to Vicky. The turn around to booking a day for the job was surprisingly a few days. We added one job and it was not a problem for Johnny and James. Great work everyone! For anyone reading this who want context… We had changed to old fuse box to a new 12 way consumer unit, upgraded the 6mm cable for the old 7.5 kW shower to allow for newer future upgrades and higher power with a 10mm cable run from the new consumer unit, along the old 6mm route, bedroom and into the attic and towards the bathroom. Again, no problem for these guys! The problem was the old shower pull cord needed replacing, I’d replaced that myself to only find the new one from ScrewFix was faulty and had burned out, and yes I did fully tighten the wires. As the switch overheated I had no way of turning off the shower, so had to rush to pull out the fuse and leave it over Christmas and New Years. 5 months later finally getting the work done. The fuse box was just on its limits, it was time to upgrade, make sure the house was safe and get the job done. We had the burnt out pull cord removed, blank plate to cover where the cord was. Had an extractor fan coupled with the light and timer installed. A new up to standard bathroom LED light installed, new pull cord for the light switch and 2 switches outside the bathroom for the shower and Isolator, allowing for the fan to be turned off if not needed with the light. Johnny and James made suggestions as I wanted their honest feedback with the options available for the light coupled with the fan and timer. Turning off the light switch would allow for the fan to continue to work for a period of time set after the light was turned off. Result: no need to have the window open, allowing for the room to get cold, no more condensation on the tiles and bathroom painted walls and brighter feel from these upgrades, able to add any electrical shower above 7.5kW-10.5kW available at the time of writing this review for better water output. We appreciate the whole experience and look forward to booking you all in for the EV and Solar Panels work, preferably with the same guys. Please send over details for that and some prices. Thank you for everything, we now have peace of mind, a happy mother and sister with the shower back in action and better overall feel for safety.

Please read to the end: Booked for 8.30am. Did not show up for the whole day. Called this morning and the guy told me that he would check with the lady in the office and call me back in ten minutes. That was well over an hour ago. Don't waste your time here. Update: I was contacted after 2 hours and the receptionist was very polite and apologetic. I have already booked somebody else now, but she was keen to make amends. It didn't help that I have already been messed around by the last electrician I called (from a different company), so wasn't in a particular patient mood! Final update: I was offered a free fault-finding service. The electrician came out quickly and sorted the problem. This is worth commending, because everybody makes mistakes, but only the decent companies care enough to put them right. I've left my original review up at the request of the company, but altered my rating to 5 stars.

Our whole office got new led striplights installed. A very professional and efficient team. A few minor requests were asked and nothing was ever a problem. Not that there was any mess they tidied up after themselves. Great lights installed too. Will be recommending and obviously using them again when required.

My boyfriend took me to Entrée for my birthday last night and it was absolutely wonderful. Yaz looked after us and was so attentive the entire time. We even ordered the Birthday Bliss dessert and was treated to a beautiful spectacle. All in all the whole experience was incredible. The steak I had (medium rare fillet mignon) was just beyond words, and the signature chips were such a delight too !! I recently went for dinner with my family here in Coventry. The atmosphere was excellent—warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. This is one of the best if not the best steak I have eaten in a long time! I would rate it 6 stars out of 5! The service was excellent. The owners Claire and Lee (chef) were very hospitable and we had a good time chatting. I was most thankful that they kept the restaurant opened even after we went in at almost closing time. Visited for dinner with my friend and had an absolutely incredible meal. The steak was cooked to perfection, chips were to die for and the peppercorn sauce the best I’ve ever tasted- we both had the same and agreed. Following the main, we had the baileys creme brulee which was equally top quality. All food was well worth every penny and the service was also fantastic. The young blonde hostess and tall waiter were really friendly and kind. Will definitely return- thank you.

Amazing meal at the Artisan. I had the Ribeye steak tender as anything, served with chips and Bloody Mary butter was amazing. Eden was so lovely she took my allergies seriously made great recommendations and made us feel so welcome.
