Our boiler broke down and we were left with no heating or hot water for over a week (when British Gas cancelled their engineer appointments). Sharman diagnosed the problem in no time at all and promptly gave us a quote for a fix. After arranging a date and time for a fix, our boiler was back up and running within an hour of the engineer visit.
