ABSOLUTLY SHOCKING.... at how good Sargents Electrical are for both in property maintenance and personally, to start with I thought for someone with a lot of 5 stars would be cherry picking customers but honesty after about a month of having small work carried out at a few rented properties and my own home I can confidently say they’ve earned every single one of those top reviews. Their pricing is fair and transparent, and they’ve been incredibly reliable with scheduling, always keeping us informed of when they’ll be on-site. What really stood out, though, was their friendliness and willingness to accommodate our neurodivergent family’s needs while working in our home. They took the time to explain everything clearly, worked around our routines, and ensured the whole process was as stress-free as possible. Couldn't be happier with the service we received from Brett.
