I called Technical Electrical Solutions for a number of jobs around my house - Kyie attended and on every occasion his workmanship, customer service, affordability and end-to-end professionalism has been second to none. He is always polite and on time, and he shares his obviously considerable knowledge and experience so you understand the job that he’s doing and have options to personalize the individual components if required. As a woman, it’s not unusual to find that ‘some’ tradesmen don’t always offer the best experience, and you often feel left in the dark and frankly bamboozled when it comes to either the final finish or invoice. This has never been the case with Kyie; he has been transparent, communicative and open on every occasion he has done a job for me, and I have recommended him to friends and family as a reliable and reputable tradesman who I can say from personal experience is a first class example of who you hope turns up when you have an electrical emergency on your hands!
