We had an old Baxi boiler and needed to replace it. From start to finish Pete from PH Butler responded to emails/phone calls quickly and provided good info and advice during the site visit. When it came to the actual day of installation Pete and his team arrived at the allotted time and worked through the day until the job was finished. They had a few unexpected issues due to our old plumbing but dealt with these without any fuss. They protected the carpet on the stairs and landing and left everything clean and tidy. I wish all companies gave this service. Thank you

Pete does our boiler service every year. He was also the person who originally fitted our boiler and he did a great job. He is reliable, responsive, fairly priced and really polite and nice to deal with. I highly recommend him.

Pete previously installed a new boiler removing all the old pipework and tanks. Now services every year and does any other jobs that need doing (new radiators and pipework this time). Always goes above a beyond and at a great price so I wont be using anyone else.
