Great customer service, the only local company who would talk to me over the phone and then managed to quickly diagnosed the issue, leaving me to decide whether fixing or a full oven replacement was the best option. The other local companies have literally said they don't provide 'free quotes' and want a £100+ call out charge to even discuss it, which needs to be paid upfront. In a market where shocking customer service seems to be the standard, this is a company that appears to be the exception and I would feel comfortable to recommend.

Rang Paul just now as I thought our oven was broken but he quickly told me that as the fuse box had tripped out this would reset the clock so I set the time and it’s now working thank god!
