James very kindly came out to our house tonight to fix a leak that was coming through the light in my bathroom. From the moment he got here he was very efficient, friendly and polite. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to diagnose and solve the issue! I would highly recommend👍

James was very quick to respond (my request was out of hours), was at the property at the time specified and sorted the heating problem (a new programmer was needed) there and then. Very impressed with the level of service, responsiveness and his handling of the job. Would definitely recommend.

James was really helpful when I was trying to find replacement cartridges for my kitchen mixer and the plumbers’ merchant we were both using were struggling to help. He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted.
